Killian and Regina sit at the coffee shop, writing away. Killian's hand rests on Regina's bump. His hand is large over the protruding belly of their expecting child, and he gently moves his fingers.

Their baby, is indeed aware, and kicks their feet at his hand. "Oh, they like you," Regina giggles feeling the bubble like feeling inside her as her baby moves. "Yeah the little bean is dancing in there," Killian mused.

"What do you think it is?" Regina asks. "Well, you would read the wives tales about how a woman carries giving away the sex, or you can listen to the cravings, which supposedly are a giveaway too," Killian said.

"I think it's a girl," Ruby comes by, "Actually I'm counting on it being a girl," Ruby adds. "Let me guess you two have a bet?" Killian rose his eyebrow.

"Actually no, I just want it to be a girl because Bella and I bought all kinds of girl stuff," Ruby scrunches. Regina laughed, "I have too, and I know Tiana back there has!" Regina calls out.

"What? Tall skim latte," She hands to a customer. "I have not, well, I did find cute little things that mention baking and you can't blame me," Tiana joked.

"This child is going to be so spoiled, how am I going to lay down the law?" Killian asks. Ruby and Tiana snort laughter.

Regina stifles a laugh. "What the hell?" He scoffs. "Oh please, if that baby is a girl she's going to have you wrapped around her entire hand in a day," Ruby said.

"I don't know what you're talking about." He feigns. "As their father, I have to be a bit firm sometimes I'm sure, especially if they're going to have the attitude of their mother," He teases. "Hey," Regina scolds.

He dances his brows at her.

Customers enter the coffee shop, and one is a mother with a small toddler in their stroller. The little girl wails unhappily, and the mother looks visibly overwhelmed.

The stroller is a foot or so away from Killian and Regina's table and Killian looks at the tear soaked face of the toddler.

"Hey," he waves his fingers at the little girl and she blinks at him, sniffling and quieting down. Regina watches as Killian makes faces at the girl, and even puts a dollop of whipped cream on his nose entertaining her.

Her cries turn into giggles, "Is that a doggy?" he asks playfully at the child about her stuffed toy.

She babbles at him and Tiana gives the mother a cup on the house. "Oh thank you," The mother sighs gratefully. "And thank you," The mother says to Killian.

"Sure, we'll get there," he gestures to Regina. "Well, good luck, most days aren't like this," The mother nods heading out.

"Bye," Killian wiggles his fingers playfully at her as her mother wheels her stroller out.

Killian looks up at Regina and sees she's dabbing her eyes. "You okay?" He asks. "Yes, just that was so sweet," Regina weeps.

"Yeah, hormones, she was cute," Killian said gently.

"Hey guys, your lamaze," Tiana reminds them. "Oh right, come on Mummy, we have to learn how to breathe, and I have to learn how to coach you without losing a hand," Killian helps Regina up.

Six months along, and it's time to begin their eight week session for childbirth.

Killian and Regina arrive and stand with the other expecting parents before settling in the room. "Okay everyone gather and sit with Mommy in front and partner in back," the instructor announced.

Killian helps Regina to sit on a mat and places himself behind her, having her lean against his chest. "Okay, so we just are going to go over some basics for our first class and we'll have questions at end of every class for you to address any concerns, whether it's mommy or your partner doing the coaching," The instructor says.

"First we will do some introductions and tell us about your pregnancy," the instructor says. She points to Killian first.

"Hi, go ahead," the instructor said. "Umm Killian Jones," he announces, "The writer?" multiple people ask staring at him.

"Uhh, yeah, and this is my wife Regina Mills," he adds. "The writer?" others ask, Regina nods. "Well welcome," The instructor said.

"Thanks, umm this is our first baby, and we aren't sure yet what it is. We been calling them a bean," Killian says.

As the weeks go by and the final class is over, Regina and Killian head to their apartment where their friends have gathered for a small baby shower.

"Hey!" They greet them enthusiastically, but notice Regina isn't really excited. "What's wrong?" Tiana gently guides her, with Killian.

"Well they just showed the birthing video in the final class," Killian said. "Oh, how is that good idea?" Ruby scoffs.

"It wasn't, apparently, for Regina," Killian said helping her sit down. "Regina?" Tiana asks. "I don't like it, is it too late to go back?" Regina whined.

"Honey, you're going to be fine, you can do this." Killian assures. "That is SOOOOOO easy for you to say," Regina glares at him.

"Regina don't worry, we'll all be there," Ruby said. "Oh good, because I already know I won't like Killian during it," Regina huffed. Killian shrugs.

"We got you some presents," Tiana smiles. "Oh, I like presents, can I eat one?" Regina asks.

Another day at the coffee shop, it's a nice warm spring day, and Regina is reading a book, taking a little break at this point from writing.

Killian is continuing on his writing and they're alerted by a smash.

"AHH!" Tiana screams, and Ruby and Killian rush to her. Regina stands up, as fast as she can given her ninth month figure.

"Are you okay!?" Regina shouts as Killian and Ruby gently wrap Tiana's finger. "Oh yes I'm okay," she sighs.

"It looks kinda bad," Ruby said. "Ah.... ahh... Umm, Killian!" Regina shouts.

"What?" he's distracted, "My water broke," Regina says. "Well we'll get you another," He said. "NO!! Killian !! My WATER BROKE!!" Regina yelps.

Ruby, Killian and Tiana widen their eyes ten sizes and everything just stops around them. Regina is holding her bump and breathing quick breaths.

"Shit! This water?" Killian rushes over to her holding her back.

"Okay, everyone out!!" Ruby yells. "Come on honey," Killian gently guides Regina. "GET out!" Tiana yells at doodling customers. "What?" they look at her bewildered.

"We're having a baby! I have a cut finger, I'll give you this entire tray of beignets, and free coffee later to get out," Tiana says. "Oh, okay," the person takes the tray and they empty out the coffee shop quickly.

"Owww, I don't want to have this baby in this coffee shop!" Regina whines. "It would be kind of appropriate," Killian comments. "I am going to bite your nose right off!" Regina yells.

"Go go go!" Tiana locks up the place.

Ruby and Killian hold Regina's hands as she starts to groan, "Ohhhh I don't like it!!" Regina whines.

"Yeah, that's expected, let's get a cab," Killian suggests. "I have my car," Ruby said. "We want to get there alive Ruby," Killian chides.

She makes a face at him, "It's faster with Ruby, and this kid feels between my knees, we're going in her car," Regina demands.

"You heard her, let's go," Tiana commands.
