Chapter 2

After I visited Daisy and Jay and they told me about that they were expecting their first child, I knew I needed to get back home. I told Jay "I am happy for you and Daisy about your baby but what about Tom, He might come and get Daisy." Jay said back to me "Tom doesn't love Daisy as much as I do. If he comes I will tell him that we are married and that we are expecting and that idea about Jordan coming over is a wonderful idea Nick." I just looked over at Jay like he had grown horns I said "I suggested that, I will call her when I get back home, I just live next door so I could call her anytime for you Jay." Jay said "Okay thank you Nick."

I returned home after all the things that happened over at the Gatsby's. My telephone rang and I went to answered it, it was Jay he said "Nick, bad news Tom called here and he asked about Daisy and I told him abut me marring Daisy and I also told him about that we expecting our first child and he came over and he kidnapped her. What should I do Nick?" I said "Well... first you need to figure out where he took her, and go from there." Jay said "Okay, I'm nervous Nick I love her with all my heart what happens if Tom asks her to marry her, what do I do then?" I said "well Jay, here is good idea maybe you should call the police maybe they know something they always know something."

Jay got off the phone with me and then he called the police like he suggested and they knew who took her. It turns out that Tom wanted to marry Daisy but Gatsby stood in his way and then she ended up marring Gatsby instead of Tom. Jay got off the phone with the police and then went over to Tom's. Tom was keeping Daisy in the living room handcuffed and gaged, Jay knocked on the door and Tom came to the door and answered he said "come back later." after he had said that he looked and saw that Gatsby had a wedding band on his left finger which meant that Daisy had a wedding band as well.

Jay ignored Tom's statement of come back later and he came in anyway, he was able to find Daisy. Jay said "Let go of my wife or I call the police and have you arrested." Tom was scared he didn't know what to do, he went into another room and then Jay was able to kneel down next to Daisy and he said "we are getting out of here honey, I will take you out of this awful place we are married now and we are going to parents." Tom didn't return to the living room because he was getting ready for a tournament and he didn't return. Jay was able to get her hands free by taking a key to her handcuffs, and Daisy was able to open her mouth for Jay and he was able to take out the rag that was causing her not to talk. Daisy said "Jay, honey you are a lifesaver, you saved me from Tom, he's a bad man Jay."

Daisy and Jay returned home and I was on the phone with Jordan trying to make her come over and say something to Jay and Daisy. Jordan was happy to come over to visit Daisy and Jay Gatsby. Daisy's stomach was getting bigger and Jay did notice it. Jordan rang my doorbell and said "I'm here Nick?" I came to the door and said "hello Jordan, they live next door, come on I will walk you over there Jordan." Jordan accepted the offer and they walked over to Daisy and Jay's. I knocked on their door and Daisy answered the door, she said "Jay, honey Jordan and Nick are here." Jay walked to the door and saw the exact same thing and he invited them both in.

Jordan and I walked into their big house that was filled with a lot of furniture, Jay has a lot of money. In town, a feller named George Wilson, he owned his own garage he fixed up other people's cars and he was married to Myrtle Wilson and they lived in a little apartment right next to the garage so he could just walk to work and then just walk home. Jay and Daisy went into town because their was something wrong with Jay's car and George fixed it. A woman with blonde hair in a ponytail and wearing a red dress came down from the flat above where they kept their shop supplies and Daisy and Jay was standing in their shop.

Tom, who kidnapped Daisy, came to visit Myrtle because Myrtle loved Tom. Daisy hid behind Jay because he didn't to kidnap her again. Jay said "Honey, what's wrong?" Daisy said "Tom, he came to find me to kidnap me again." Tom walked over to Myrtle and said "get on the next train." Myrtle said "now, can we get the dog for the apartment?" Tom said "Sure whatever you want."

George was able to fix Jay's car and the two of them went to lunch Daisy was hungry anyway because she was feeding for 2 now. Jay was happy that he was married to the woman of his dreams and now they were married and expecting their first child.
