Jade looked sort of queasy.

Well, she would just have to bear with it.

I felt sorry for her, but no matter, this was continuing until she was strong enough.

She didn't know it yet, and I was not planning to tell her, but riding Arya was actually part of her training. I felt a little bad for not telling her, but this was how things would stay.

At least for the time being.

💀💀💀

"Jet," Jade panted as she entered the kitchen the next morning.

"Six minutes and three seconds point eighty-nine late," I said sternly, frowning. "Training. Now."

I didn't allow her to eat anything though inwardly I worried a lot about her health.

We went outside and I looked at her expectantly. She muttered something to herself and started running around the track that I had created the day before.

Unfortunately, my hearing was better than most and I knew what she said. And I would rather not repeat it.

I followed her around the track, keeping her pace.

I was tired from running so slowly. Jade's pace was growing slower with each step she took.

"Jade," I snapped and she tried her best to go faster.

A few minutes later, I sighed. "Okay. Let us move on."

She barely had the energy to follow me back into the mansion and into the training room. I grabbed the two metal dumbbells from before and threw them at her. Her eyes widened and she ducked out of the way just before they hit her. The dumbbells crashed into the wall, leaving dents.

Coward.

And now I felt awful for thinking that. Ugh, the guilt, it was eating me from the inside.

"You know what to do," I told her.

She sighed, picked the dumbbells up and starting raising them.

This time I didn't watch her and grabbed the heaviest dumbbells out of the cupboard, raising them up and down. I scoffed. This was nothing, I had to carry Arya before and I managed to lift her with the slightest difficulty.

Anyhow, I continued and spared Jade a glance. She was holding up better than yesterday. It had only been a day and she was already improving, but by bit. She didn't see me smile. I was proud of my twin sister. Later on I replaced the dumbbells and got out a skipping rope. I started to skip. A few minutes later I put down the skipping rope and went over to Jade, who was breathing heavily but carrying on. I took the metal dumbbells from her and replaced them, then gave her the skipping rope. She looked at me in confusion, uncomprehending.

I gave her a look. "You're not dumb, Jade."

She sighed and started to skip on the rope. I smiled and started playing with my power, making sculptures out of the shadows randomly. A while later I looked at my sculpture made of darkness and was surprised to see Jade's head staring back at me. I had created it instinctively and it was actually quite a startling resemblance, if I do say so myself.

I turned to Jade and saw her on the ground. I sighed and took the skipping rope from her. Adding using her powers to the mix would have to wait until later. I put the skipping rope back in the cupboard and made my sculpture dissipate, then turned to Jade with an evil grin.

She frowned when she saw the glint in my eyes.

"Now. You are going to ride," I announced.

"What?! No! I am not riding Arva!" Jade cried.

My smirk grew even more villainous.

"Ha, well, Jade, you are wrong," I told her.

She was never going to guess what I had in mind for her!

Her eyebrows raised in confusion and her eyes filled with perplexation.

"I'm wrong?"

I nodded.

"Come with me and you'll see," I told her, trying to supress my smile.

"Do I have to?" she asked hopefully.

I gave her a hard stare. "Yes."

Her face fell.

I dragged her outside and this time I didn't whistle for Arva. Oh, this would be so fun...

"Today, Jade..." I said as I whirled around to face her, "you are going to ride me."

Her jaw dropped.

I smirked evilly again.
