Chapter 11: Girl Talk

Kong POV

"Okay" I said, putting the peanut butter on my side. We were hanging out by the shore on a wooden table. Between me and P'Third were peanut butter sandwich and coke.

And of course, I still couldn't find the spell I was looking and got out of the room to find P'Third on one of the tables. I also perform a spell to reverse a fae magic.

"You're pretty well-oozed up, but the effects of the faerie blood will take a little while." I said while chewing the sandwich.

"Thanks, Kong." P'Third looked down on the white sand. "—And I kissed Bright."

The sandwich almost slipped from my hands. "Woah, woah,woah."

"Yeah, we did." He stood up and peered to the shore and dips his feet in the water. "I feel guilty."

"What about you and P'Aun?"

"It's fake." He flopped down next to me and sighed. "—Our relationship, I mean. He just agrees to be my boyfriend."

"You guys are just friends?" I sound exasperated.

P'Third nodded.

"And I notice the tension getting high a week ago." I looked at him. "I assume that you guys fought."

"We did." P'Third admited. "I feel sorry that...he's now sincere. Part of me still doesn't trust him. It's just—I never got the sense he would love me back."

"How long have you been in love with him?"

"High school." P'Third said quietly.

"Sorry. Your love life is out of my league."

P'Third was knotting his fingers. "No it's just that, I can't even talk to Bone or Two—My gang in high school about this. I think this is enough."

"This is girl talk." I chuckled and P'Third smiled. "You just think that this is awkward because you spend your whole life with P'Bright as best friend and those two friends of yours. And you can't talk to them about P' Bright. That would be so awkward."

"Bone knows." said P'Third. "But you're right. They're straight-wouldn't even distinguish a top, versa, and bottom"

"Does P'Bright know fake relationship with P'Aun?" I asked in a small voice.

"No." P'Third took the peanut butter sandwich.

"You should clear things out to him." I said. "Since you two are now madly in love with each other."
