My pace quickened. The trill of running into nothingness seemed so grand, I closed my eyes and let my legs just run as fast as they wanted to. I felt free.

 "Hey!" I heard.

Quickly I opened my eyes, I ran into him as he just stood there and didn't move, I fell onto the path. He knelt down and extended his hand to help me up. A smile formed on my face as I reached up for it and grasped it.

He pulled me and grinned while cocking his head as to keep up. He started running. I ran with him at his side. Nothing was taking away this wonderful feeling of freedom we were given. It seemed he had picked up speed it felt like he was out of sight when I realized I had stopped, for some reason I dropped to my knees then my body relaxed and I was laying on my back looking up. Something had changed it wasn't complete darkness anymore, no it seemed like galaxies were everywhere as I watched the beautiful lights dance in the sky.

"Hey? Hey, you alright?" I heard a voice echo. The stars were covered by a form. "Are you hurt?" He called out as if I wasn't able to answer that for myself.

My voice couldn't be heard even to my own thoughts I couldn't seem to hear myself. He picked me up and waited for something before putting me on the softest thing I had ever laid on. The stars seemed to be getting closer before I realized I was getting closer to them.

"This will keep you safe, I'll be back. Don't move." He called.

I couldn't understand him. As I waited there my skin got cold the stars where turning quicker, more violently as if they were attacking each other. The cloud I thought I was laying on felt like it was trying to devour me alive as is seemed to suck me into it farther.

Screaming came from below me. I started to cry begging it to stop. Seconds later everything went silent. I peeked over the edge to see if anyone was down there. A little girl seemed to be wandering around in the dark, alone in the woods.

"Help," she whispered.

"Abandonment."

"You're a failure!" A harsh swift voice rushed through the place.

 "Please," the little girl cried.

"You're a demon!" Another voice shouted.

"Go back to hell's gates where you came from!"

"She's magnificent, we have found the monster we needed."

So many voices. The little girl screeched. I forced myself to roll over hoping to fall to her aid. It was a lot farther down than I thought, in the next moment I realized I felt passed her, my heartrate rushed to keep up with the speed I was falling. Blurs of light flew everywhere, a voice seemed to cry out in each one. A baby screamed at first, it wasn't a normal baby screaming for attention but in pain. Next, a child screamed then a girl, then a woman's... They where all the same person screaming, even from the start nothing but anguish. Then I heard one more as I hit the ground. It was my own, I laid there and connected all the dots. I had no happiness in anything I remember. Just the screams of a girl who wanted to be freed.
