"The way you work- the way your powers work is by looking someone in the eyes you have a gateway to there brain which is the seat of there mind, it's pretty much like a computer hacker you find a hole or waypoint into that person and amazingly you somehow are able to tell the brain to use neurons to manipulate their body in letting it know it's fine and nothing out of the ordinary is happening, that is... If you do it right. It took you years to master that trick to let someone know that nothing was happening while you access there memory or mind."

"How does that work? Why their eyes?" I asked.

"Your eyes are connected to the brain and you take though little tunnels that the cells travel through to get to there brain and then-" He stopped.

"Dr?" I asked wanting to know how I get to there memory. He looked up at me.

"I, I have no idea. The mind is such a delicate matter that we don't know how it works fully, is it part of your brain? More of a spiritual thing? Scientists have no idea."

"Wait, so no one knows how my powers access the mind?!" I questioned a bit too loud.

"It's more complex than you even realize! You see during your mission before something went wrong you risked your life to go back as far as you could screeching through not only your own memory but also the other people's you have collected and you manipulated your own mind, your own mind! To just remember a small bit so it wasn't going to be a hell of a time sitting in front of a mirror for days to sort everything out. That could be why you only remember once little memory of Mitchel." He stated.

Oh, my mind was going a billion miles an hour, how does someone take new like this?

"Shall I continue?" He asked.

"There is more?!"

He smirked. "There is one more important thing you should know, and that is how to gain other's powers."

I sat and listened more intently.

"Your DNA is almost nonexistent! You, well your powers, your mind can change the DNA code in your body! I know that sounds impossible and you probably don't believe me but this is beyond what scientists know today! But just by accessing their memory, you have another way to access their DNA code-"

"Stop, stop right there. What does any of this mean?" I asked growing impatient with the unknown.

"It means if you come across anyone with abilities or powers and you can access their eyes, you can copy there DNA and mold and shape yours until it fits the DNA pattern of the person you had access to... Does that make sense?"

"I'm a chameleon?" I asked.

He blinked a few times. "Well, yes... But you are so much more, you can pretty much be that person with all there memories and such!"

"So, I'm a chameleon?" I asked once again seeing as how what he just said would make sense if I indeed could do all of that.

He blankly stared at me. "Indeed, I suppose you are as you say a Chameleon," He admitted. I shrugged. "Snakes are cooler, anything else Dr?" I asked.

"Actually yes, you needed to figure out how to reheal yourself after a battle or a building falling in on you, so this will be like your first trail run. Come on this was," he said getting up and walking out of the room, wanting me to follow.
