He took a step and kneed down to look at my face.

"You, you are oh so special, you're not a monster, a freak or whatever anyone else says, you are the brightest light that we'll ever get the chance to light. You, Hope. You were born with powers, not flying, not something silly but you have so much power inside you, and so many people want to use that or take it from you. When you look into someone's eyes you can see everything they have seen, you can access their memory, twist it, change it and destroy it. You can learn everything that a person knows or has thought about or has picked up in apply it to yourself in seconds."

My heart skipped a beat hearing such a thing I could do.

"You had gotten so good at it no one would know you're doing it while you just looked at them. You have picked up other people with abilities and learned how they work and somehow your brain is able to copy that in giving you that power yourself. You have no limits other than what you give yourself. Although you see things backward and with all the memory you pick up from other people it stays with you. Now listen, if you get too many memories at once your brain will tell your body to shut down. That means your heart will stop and you have a Dr to help you but you can't let that happen to you." He stopped.

"So, I die?" I asked. He looked at me deeply.

"No, no Hope you don't die. You suffer in your own mind until it can understand what's going on. Does that make any sense?" He asked.

"None, at all, where does logic come into play?" I asked quickly.

"Logic," he chuckled. "You're funny. Any other questions?" He asked.

"Just one," I said knowing he was getting frantic about leaving.

"What's that?" He asked standing up. I stood up with him.

"What colors are my eyes?" I asked. He looked at me smiled.

"Good luck, Hope," he said as he faded into the darkness.

Something in my mind clicked I didn't want to fall when I wake up, and since there is no logic the only logical thing to do is avoid logic. I ran as fast as I could back to my bedroom, I stung open the door and raced over to the bed. It looked so soft, comfortable and inviting. I sat on it and moved my body to lay down in it. Moments later the room got dimmer I was falling awake.
