Todd and Scotty were staying at the Wittek household whilst they were gone, and had been looking after Roo and Nerf. Jeff and Olivia had arrived in Illinois, getting a cab to her family's home. Grace was still sleeping from the flight, whilst Jeff kept Olivia distracted by talking about what he's planning for his next video.

They were greeted by Olivia's parents and had taken their things to her old room. The last time they visited, they'd put up a bed for Grace in the spare room, which was once Nick's.

"Let's get to the hospital." Jeff whispered, kissing the side of her face.

Jeff kept a hold of Olivia's hand when they arrived, he wanted to keep her calm. And they'd walked the seemingly endless corridors to find his hospital room. Olivia was longing to see her brother, but Jeff stopped her before she went in.

"If you want to leave, let me know. If it's too much, we can go." Jeff stated.

"I just want him to be okay." Olivia replied, holding his hand gently.

They opened the door and saw Tallulah, who was bearing her 6 month pregnant stomach. The sight of her alone was almost unbearable, and she hadn't even looked at her brother yet. And then she glanced over to the bed.

Her brother, hooked up to machines, bruises and cuts all over his body. The beep of the machines, the muffled sobs of Tallulah, and the feeling of her heart beating incredibly fast had taken a toll on her. She could feel the sting on the brim of her eyes, her hands were clammy and she couldn't breathe. She felt like she was stuck in a glass jar and could barely move a finger. She left the room quicker than Jeff could process she had even moved, but he had soon followed after her. She had collapsed onto the chairs, Jeff comforting her from a distance. He didn't want to restrict her and make her worse, so he kept away from her. The remembrance of the phone call to her mom had stuck in his head, and remembered how important it was to keep her calm.
