Olivia arrived at David's, seeing him immediately put his camera down. "Hi, Liv."
He had squished her into a hug, tighter than he'd ever hugged her before. "How are you feeling?"
"Better." She responded.
"Well if you EVER feel uneasy or on edge, my door will always be unlocked for you." David stayed quietly.
She spent the day editing, talking to David, and filming a video with Natalie. Spending time with Natalie made her feel so refreshed, so much so that she wanted a girls night. She missed the girls.
"Nat, I'm gonna go, but I'll text you." Olivia spoke, standing up and stretching her legs. "I love you all." She added as she left.
vi🥺: want anything to eat?
jeff💘: made dinner, get snacks
Olivia got home and could smell the dinner the second she opened the door.
"Stir fry? My favourite." Olivia mumbled, kissing Jeff's cheek.
"Oh. When I picked Grace up, she said she had homework but she only wanted mommy to help her." Jeff explained.
Olivia chuckled and walked into her daughters bedroom, seeing her playing with her toys. She looked up, immediately dropping her toys and ran up to Olivia. "How was school?" Olivia asked.
"So much fun!" Grace exclaimed.
As Olivia was helping Grace with her homework, Jeff had called them for dinner. And they sat together, as a family, talking about Grace's day. This was the first time in a long time that she had felt normal. She didn't want anything to change from this moment on.
