Sanemi's eyes widened when he caught up with Michikatsu. He looked at the way [name]'s head hung low as tears ran down her face. Anger boiling within himself, yet he watched as Michikatsu went up to her.
"[name]?" Michikatsu called out gently as Hakuji held back Doma and Gyutaro had stuffed his mouth with bits of papers that he could find from his bag, trying to get the rainbow-colored eye man to shut his trap.
"[name]," Michikatsu called out once more as he reached out to her, only to have her slapping his hands away. His dark purple eyes then widened at the anger that was shown in [name]'s usual kind eyes.
"You lied to me..." she whispered out, and Michikatsu could hear the pain lingering in her soul. He then tried to reach out to her once more, only for her to back away from his touch.
"Don't touch me... You lied to me. Everything you said to me, everything that we did together, was all for a bet. I can't believe you're that kind of person," [name] mumbled out as tears continued to roll down her face.
"[name], listen to me," Michikatsu spoke out as he grabbed hold of [name] by her shoulders and tried to force her to look at him. Yet, all she did was struggle against his hold.
"I don't need to listen! Doma-senpai has already let me listened to the conversation between you and him. What else do I need to listen?" [name] spat out as she used her strength and shoved Michikatsu away.
"I can't believe that you would go around playing girls' hearts as well. You really, disappoint me," [name] mumbled out as Michikatsu stood there as he allowed the negative words running from [name]'s mouth to enter his ears.
"[name], I admit! I did it in the beginning because of the bet, but I truly do love you!" Michikatsu tried to explain, and then watched as [name] scoffed instead.
"I don't know anymore," she whispered out as she proceeded to walk past Michikatsu, and noticed Sanemi was waiting for her. Her dark blue ocean eyes then welled up in tears once more as her eyes laid upon her childhood friend who had his arms opened wide.
She ran into his arms and immediately, he engulfed her into a tight hug.
"Don't worry. I'm here to protect you," he mumbled out as he narrowed his eyes at Michikatsu who wanted to speak to [name] once more, only to have her being taken away by Sanemi. His eyes widened as he tried to reach out to [name], only to have Kyojuro stopping him from going forward.
"You've hurt her enough. It is about time you step down," Kyojuro warned, and Michikatsu then turned to look at Yoriichi who only had a sad smile on his face.
