How long has it been since he realized he had fallen in love with her? A good two months now. During these past two months, all he had done to make her fall love with him, he knew he had succeeded. But the very thought of losing her just because of the bet, made Michikatsu feel demoralized in away.
And there he was sitting together with his teammates as they were participating in a mini competition of baseball, going against another neighborhood school. He then felt a nudge on his elbow and he turned to look at where Hakuji was pointing, and a smile plastered on his face as he realized [name] had come to watch the game together with Ume and Kaigaku.
Yet, he watched as [name] wasn't waving at him, but at Sanemi instead who was sitting in front of him. He then watched as Sanemi turned and shot a smirk at him, causing Michikatsu to have an irked mark on his forehead as he was about to hit Sanemi.
"Hey, she's looking at you now," Sanemi spoke out right before Michikatsu could hit him, and he turned to look at [name] who was waving at him as well. A deep blush appeared on the older twin, and everybody started to laugh at how he was acting.
Yet, one particular friend of his wasn't as a grin remained on his face instead.
Michikatsu then waved back at [name] who then blushed in response and immediately hid herself behind Kaigaku who could only chuckle at the way she was acting, along with Ume as well.
"Attention! Attention! We will need an additional two female students to participate in the cheerleading team! Anybody?" Hotaru called out and scanned the crowd. He then felt Mitsuri poking him on the side, and he turned to look at her.
"We have two in mind!" She said with a wide smile, and Hotaru was about to tell her to cover up, only to watch her going up the stairs and dragging both Ume and [name] down. Their eyes widened at what was going on as they watched Mitsuri being clad in a cheerleading outfit.
"Come on! Go change! Go change!" Mitsuri ushered a pair of uniform into their arms and ushered them into the changing room. [name] then noticed Shinobu was inside along with Kanae, and they had a smile on their faces.
"Uhm... We didn't sign up for this..." Ume tried to get out, only to be grabbed by Kanae and forcefully being changed into the cheerleader outfit. [name] then held her hand up and stopped Shinobu from coming closer as she voluntarily changed herself.
The four girls were then seen leaving the changing room as [name] was busy tying her hair up into a ponytail. Attention was solely on them now as they entered, and Mitsuri squealed at how adorable the girls look in the cheerleading outfit.
And a particular older twin stared with his eyes wide open at the way [name] was dressed as she was busy tying her hair up. A smile plastered on her face as she listened to the drills which Mitsuri was speaking a tad bit too fast, causing Ume to have a headache.
Mitsuri then guided the girls towards where the team was and settled in front of them. Sanemi then stared at [name] who then shoved the pom into his face as she noticed he was staring a bit too much. He then burst out laughing at how flustered she was, and [name] soon changed her position from sitting to kneeling instead.
"Oh, shut up already!" she snapped, and Sanemi then nodded as he tried to contain his laughter. [name]'s dark blue ocean eyes then shyly looked towards Michikatsu who was trying his best to not stare at [name], yet she watched his twin brother shifting his head on purpose to look at [name]'s direction.
A deep blush appeared on both their faces.
.
.
[name] watched as she stood in between Mitsuri and Ume, clutching the poms in her hands tightly as she watched the on-going match. A huge smile plastered on her face as she watched Sanemi going on a rampage mode when it was his turn to pitch.
