"Hey, don't you think [name] hasn't been herself lately?" one of her classmates spoke out as they looked at [name] walking down the hallway.

"I noticed it too. I heard that she got her heartbroken by Michikatsu-senpai!"

"What? Michikatsu-senpai?! That's impossible, Michikatsu-senpai isn't the kind to do such things!"

"But we all heard that it was because of a bet that's why Michikatsu-senpai got close to [name] in the first place!"

"Would you all just shut the fuck up already and stop gossiping?!" Ume snapped as she and Kaigaku walked down the hallway as they noticed that [name] was alone once more, clutching her bag tightly against her chest. Kaigaku then scowled at whoever had spoken about the incident, and they immediately kept quiet.

"[name]!" Ume called out and ran up to the brunette who had on a smile on her face as she turned to look at her close friend who was also her classmate. Ume then paled a little as she looked at [name]'s face. Her eyes were slightly puffy, and her lips were pressed into a fine line despite the smile on her face.

"Morning," she called out, and Ume knew [name] didn't sleep well at all.

How long has it been? It was close to two months now ever since the day [name] found out about the truth. Ever since the day she got her heart shattered into pieces.

"Are you ready for today's sports carnival?" Ume asked, and [name] nodded with a small smile on her face. She wasn't really looking forward to the Sports Carnival, knowing well enough that Michikatsu would be there to watch as well.

[name] then allowed Ume to drag her towards the assembly area, with Kaigaku trailing behind.

"You know, I'm still here!" Kaigaku yelled out.

Michikatsu sat together with his friends along with Sanemi and his group of friends on the stands as today was the Sports Carnival for the First Years. Taking time off from their busy study schedule, here were the group of Third Years, ready to root for their juniors.

Michikatsu's dark purple eyes looked extremely dull when he couldn't see [name] at all. He looked left and right, yet, the brunette was nowhere to be seen. How long has it been since he held her hand and whispered into her ear to watch her blush?

Months now.

He misses her so much.

"WELL, A FLAMBOYANT MORNING TO ALL OF YOU FIRST-YEARS!" Tengen's voice was heard as he was once again the emcee for the event, for Hotaru had requested for him to be the emcee as none of the teachers were able to be as enthusiastic as him.

"Ah, that's where the fuck he disappeared to," Sanemi muttered out as they watched Tengen standing on the stage, holding the microphone in his hand and flexing his arms once more, causing the girls to squeal in delight.
