Felix's POV

"Felix?" Mom called me

I looked at her and took a bite of my bread "Hmm?"

"How's school?" Mom

"It's pretty fine, no trouble" I answered

"No one believes a lie" Dad said

"So, tell me Mom. How's your day as a wife of someone whom I am ashamed of?" I asked and took a sip of my coffee, I looked at her "Is it fun? Staying in the relationship that's one sided?

"F-Felix" Mom whispered

"Why? Are you scared?" I asked

"How disrespectful of you" Dad said in a serious tone

"Mom" I called her without looking at her and sighed "Is it fun? To be someone's slave? When are you going to continue to be like this?"

"Slave? Felix, what are you saying?" Mom tried to control my emotions by caressing my hand

I saw how mad Dad is right now "How I wish I never had a son like you"

"And I never wanted to be your son. If only I can change one thing that will be you" I answered

Dad hit the table with both of his hands "You are such a disappointment!"

"You are too, Father" I smirked and looked at him "Aren't you ashamed of what you did? Are you just going to blink like nothing happened before? I forgot, that's you"

"Is that what you learn from your friends?! I will sent you to states! You are going to study there for good!" he shouted

"My friends didn't made me like this. It's you, Father. Besides, I'm not going to states. I'm not going anywhere, I'll stay here with or without your decision. This is my life, I can't be controlled by you just like what you did to Mom" I said and smirked to tease him more

He stood up and slapped me.

"That's what you do, right? You are going to hit my nonstop just like what you did to Mom before" I smiled

I saw Mom crying. I never wanted to see her cry but why does it feel like I tortured her feelings?

"Excuse me" I said and went to my room. I locked the door and sat on my bed.

You did it again, Felix. He is mad at you. Argh! Hangover hits so late!

Allen calling...

"You called, why?"

[Is your bar open for tonight? I just wanna have some fun]

"I'm not going to open"

[Great! Let's enter the bar near the mall. I heard there's a lot of pretty girls there]

"Wait- Isn't that the place you told me that was a lot of disgusting customers?"

[Yeah, that was just I heard. We still need to check it out if it's true or not. Besides, it's cheap]

"I knew it, you are after the price"

[So, are you going or not?]

"I'll go. It's a great timing for you to ask me. I just had a fight with my parents"

[Great, then! I'll see you there]

I ended the call and went to watch at my window. I saw Dad get in the car and then Mom followed after 5 minutes.

I brought my phone and bag with me and rode my car. After a couple of minutes I finally arrived at my school.

I went to our classroom and saw my classmates there. I forgot, it's our presentation day.

"Good morning, everyone. There's a change of heart today hehe. I want you guys to present something that will make everyone here remember something important. So, whom should we start?" teacher asked

I saw Eunji raised her hand "I want to volunteer"

Our teacher nodded and Eunji went to the front. Everyone's eyes were looking at her waiting for her to speak.

"Hi, before I start. I am Park Eunji, your transferred classmate last week" she smiled and took a deep breath "I want you guys to close your eyes, first"

I saw everyone closed their eyes even our teacher. Eunji was signalling me to close my eyes. So, I quickly closed my eyes.

"This is what I always do whenever I wanted to come back to when everything's still fine. Since we all have our own problems I want to share this to all of you" she discussed

We all stayed quiet.

"Stay quiet and just close your eyes. Imagine you are in a beautiful park. It has green grass, there's a lot of kids playing, families that were enjoying" she said

"Now, imagine you are with your family. Enjoying the beautiful sun, eating a lot of foods, and also talking about random topics" Eunji added

I saw Mom and Dad laughing while talking about something. While me, I'm eating and listening to them.

"This is the most beautiful moment you've ever saw in your whole life. Everyone's happy" Eunji

Mom, Dad and I were playing and teasing each other like we are best friends.

"Now, you guys were enjoying, right? Repeat after me, okay?" Eunji

I sighed.

"Let's go to where everything falls apart" Eunji said

Everyone repeated after her "Let's go to where everything falls apart" I whispered

I saw Dad hitting my Mom nonstop. He locked me in my room while he was hitting Mom. I saw tears falling from my Mom's eyes.

"Why did all that happen? Will that happy memories will ever come back, again? Are we going to experienced it again? And when?" Eunji said in a smooth voice like she was comforting us

"Answer this question, whisper it to yourself. When did it all started?" Eunji asked

"When he died" I whispered

I can feel tears falling from my eyes. I opened my eyes and left the room together with my bag and phone.

"Felix!" Eunji shouted

I went to the rooftop where everyone's not allowed to go to, during class.

Why am I feeling this way? Why does it feel like it was all my fault?

Felix, you didn't do anything wrong. It was his choice to save you. It was him who wants you to live. Please, let go of the pain.
