"Alright , we got a new member in our unit. Her name is Detective Ali Edwards."
She took off her sunglasses to show light brown eyes and she scanned the room before her eyes matched some dark brown ones.
She liked him already just by the way he look...
Hank Voight stormed in the cage before going to the board. He put pictures on the board and wrote some names in different colors.
"What's going on Sergeant ?" Altwater asked from his desk.
"We got a case for someone in Firehouse 51."Voight said before turning around. "A woman is accusing Chief Boden of rape and assault and battery."
"Who's that ?" Ali asked.
"Chief of Firehouse 51. My sister is a firefighter there." Antonio told her.
"Alright. Lindsay and Halstead , go to the neighbors. Dawson and Edwards , go to Firehouse 51 and talk to the chief and the Firehouse 51 about the case , just don't tell them everything because then they will worry. Ruzek and Burgess , you're with me."
They all dispersed and Alejandra looked at Antonio as he started driving to the firehouse.
"When can I drive ?"
"When I can't drive anymore."
"But Lindsay drives Halstead ?"
"We are both not Lindsay or Halstead. I'm driving until I can't drive anymore , that's it."
Alejandra folded her arms and looked out the window.
"I don't see why I can't drive." She pouted.
"The only person that I fall for their pout is at school right now."
She looked at him.
"Are you talking about your kids that you never talk about ?"
Antonio laughed.
"Yeah, the ones I always talk about , I don't like the sarcasm."
"Do you have a picture ?"
"In the console."
Alejandra opened the center console and saw two small pieces of paper in the corner. She picked them up and shut the console. She turned them around and smiled.

"They're the best." Antonio smiled.
"I can tell you're a great dad."
"How do you know that ?"
"The way you talk about your kids. I can see this small light in your eyes when you talk about them and the fact your ex wife doesn't let you see them and you still try your best is just amazing to me. I admire that about you."
Antonio parked the police car and smiled even harder at his partner.
"If I was thinking any better, I would think you are trying to flatter me."
She smirked and put the pictures back in the center console looking back at Antonio.
