Alejandra groaned as Antonio got up to go back to work at precinct. He changed his clothes and walked back out.
"Baby , I gotta go." He told her.
"No."
She wrapped her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck.
"I don't want you to leave."
"I know but duty calls. I only told them I was going to be gone an hour."
She whined and didn't let him go. He tried standing up but that only meant she was letting go so he was carrying her. Antonio laughed at her.
"I gotta go before I'm late."
"Now I have to be in pain by myself." She pouted , looking at him. He pecked her lips softly.
"Go visit Hailey today since you aren't doing anything."
"I guess."
She slowly fell to her feet and still pouted, sticking out her bottom lip.
"Text me." He told as she nodded and walked him to the door. He turned around and kissed her again. "I love you."
Alejandra smiled and blushed.
"I love you too."
He walked off and Alejandra shut the door , groaning, leaning against the door. Her boyfriend was gone and now what could she do ? She only liked him and everyone she knew was working today. Hailey had left the precinct for awhile for family issues but she was coming back next week , still taking the rest of the week off.
Alejandra didn't bother calling her before driving over to Hailey's apartment.
She banged her fist against the door and seconds later , the door opened to show Hailey wearing a black and blue flannel shirt , black leggings and white socks. Her hair messy as always.
"Hey Ali , come in."
The apartment was nice but more masculine than Alejandra would of thought , but it's Hailey , everything about her was masculine to a certain extent.
The two sat down and Ali sighed, feeling the pain in her side. She let out a small hiss.
"You know you should be resting ?"
"The last thing I ever done in my life is rest. I was bored so I can over."
"Hmm , after being with Antonio ?" Hailey asked her with a raised eyebrow. Alejandra groaned.
"You know too ? Who told you ?"
"Well your hickey number one. You smell like him number two. And Ruzek told me."
"I hate him."
Hailey smiled at her.
"I asked him if you did it or not as a joke and he took it seriously and said he was excited that someone else in the unit knows outside of him and Burgess because they caught you two having sex in a SUV on the side of the interstate ?"
Alejandra groaned , rubbing her forehead.
"We had celebrated our one year anniversary-"
"Wait , you two been going at it for a year now ?" Hailey asked her with wide eyes. "You two were messing around before I said anything to you ? Is he the guy that got you flowers ?"
Alejandra nodded.
"Ali , I was joking , Voight's going to kill you."
"Why do you think we haven't said anything ?" Ali sighed. "We both didn't expect it to be this intense and we really do love each other. We even talked about one of us transferring to a different unit or precinct before telling him but we both don't want to leave."
"You're going to have to tell him."
Alejandra started to tear up and looked at Hailey.
"Oh don't cry." Hailey told her softly before hugging her. "What's wrong ? Are you scared about breaking up with Antonio ?"
Alejandra needed to tell atleast Hailey about something else she promised to not share with any other soul.
"It's more than breaking up with Antonio. I..I....I just can't tell Voight."
"Why ?"
"He's my dad Hailey."
"He's a dad for all of us." Hailey told her and Alejandra shook her head.
"It's different, he's my birth father , my actual father."
There was a moment of silence before Hailey slightly pulled away from her.
"Wait , Hank Voight is your actual dad ? Like you came from him father ?"
Alejandra nodded.
"I'm assuming Antonio knows ?"
"He doesn't." Alejandra told her quietly as tears fell down her face. "He's going to leave me if I tell him and I can't lose him."
Hailey couldn't believe it.
"Ali , you have to say something. What if Antonio wants to meet your family ? What if he wants to ask your father for your hand ? What if you get pregnant Ali ? Then what are you going to do ?"
"I don't know." Alejandra said softly. "I just don't know what to do at all."
"You have to say something before you and Antonio get hurt. The sooner , the better."
