Between my junior and senior year, I was dealing with a lot of pain and heartbreak that had happened to me during my junior year. Little did I know that things would get way worse! However, I can confidently say that I'm in a better place to deal with the issues that I have today. When I wrote this, I wasn't nearly as strong as I am today.

It's almost been a year.
How did that happen?
It still feels like yesterday.
It still hurts like it happened today.
I'm still having nightmares.
I'm still terrified when I leave the house.
I still panic when I see certain mannerisms or facial features on people because it reminds me of him.
I see certain posts and my heart drops because it reminds me of what they said.
It still hurts.
It still stings.
I'm still alone.
I'm still scared.
