Through your highs and your lows
From the tops of your curls to the bottoms of your toes
I want to come home to you
Collapsing on the couch next to you
Tangled amongst milky, speckled limbs and gentle feelings
Angelic kisses from stars blessing the time we have
I want to be allowed to be with you
Proud of you, happy for you, celebrating with you
I want to show you what it's like for love to not be violent or aggressive
How calm we can be together
I love you
