So much more than you ever were before
All thoughts of heartache gone, shoved
Growing as a person, becoming so much more
I want to fall in love with a girl with honeydew lips
Or a boy with delicately chiseled hips
I want that love to be reciprocated fully
Let the warmth of that happiness seep in slowly
I'm tired of being alone and yearning
But in this time I'm learning
Learning to be by myself
I can be okay, all alone on this shelf
