Marco opened his bedroom door sternly, his eye was on the prize, him and Tom needed to talk. Like actually talk this time.

"We need to stop kissing." Marco insisted as he walked into the room. Tom pouted dramatically and flashed big puppy dog eyes at the other boy.

"But I was having so much fun." He whined. There it was again, the flip flopping in the pit of Marco's stomach, the same flip flopping that happened every time before Tom kissed him. Marco stayed standing in front of the door. If he just didn't sit on the bed maybe they would talk without kissing this time.

"We need to actually talk. Like about our feelings in stuff. The kissing is fun and all but I'd really like to know what we're doing here." Marco stated. Tom stood from the bed and walked over to him. Marco could feel his heart pounding and his face getting red again.

"Mmhm." Tom nodded as he walked.

"I think I might really like you and-" Marco was cut off by Tom kissing him again. "And I wanted us to talk because I wanted to-" Cut off again. "To know if-" Tom moved from his mouth to his jawline, "to know if y-" Back to the neck "Well that's a little distracting." Marco breathed. Tom grinned against Marco's skin.

"I'm sorry, do you want me to stop? If you do just, let me know." He smiled, continuing to kiss up and down Marco's neck.

"I uh- I- I think I forgot what I was even talking about." Marco laughed as Tom moved back to kiss his lips.

"What good did talking ever do anyway?" Tom asked.

"Well actually-" Marco pulled back. "It does a lot of good, and it's the whole reason you're here remember? I think we've gotten good enough at the kissing part of all this. Do you think we can try the communicating part now?" He asked. Tom shrugged and nodded.

"Sure. I like you, a lot.  I think I always kind of have because every time I'd see you and Star together I'd get so mad and there would be this weird feeling in the pit of my stomach but, it continued even after me and Star started dating again. And it didn't make sense to me because in my brain I won if I got Star so I shouldn't have felt that way anymore. But I think I was just wrong about who the real prize was." Tom explained.

"Wow I... I think that's the sweetest thing I've ever heard you say. That's adorable." Marco smiled.

"Even cuter than the first time I called you my best friend? Because I think that was pretty cute." Tom smiled back.

"It's a wonder that I didn't realize you were in love with me sooner." Marco smirked. Tom rolled his eyes.

"Y'know what? I don't think I remember ever saying I was in love with you." He frowned.

"Oh I'm pretty sure you said it. Yeah during one of those randomly sparked make out sessions I definitely heard the distinct words 'I am in love with you, Marco Diaz.' No doubt about it." Marco grinned.

Tom wrapped his arms tightly around Marco's waist. "Oh really?" He asked before leaning close to Marco's ear and whispering into it. "Wanna see if I can make you confess as well?" He winked. Marco's eyes widened as the demon picked him up over his shoulder and started walking towards the bed.

"Okay okay! Tom put me down!" Marco laughed. "You made your point!" He giggled as the boy threw him onto his back on the bed.

Tom didn't want to say it out loud, ruin a good cute moment with some sappy words, but the way Marco was smiling at him made him want to just stare at him for the rest of his life. Honestly there was no doubt in Tom's mind that Marco was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. He just wanted to look at him and nothing else for the rest of his life.

See? That's way too sappy.

So instead of saying any of that Tom rolled and collapsed next to Marco on the bed, intertwining his fingers with the other boys, shutting his eyes, and smiling to himself.

"About that whole talking this through thing, I'm ready to take any label you want to give me." Tom breathed.

"Any label? You wouldn't mind even in the slightest bit to being called my boyfriend? You wouldn't mind telling people you had a boyfriend?" Marco asked.

"Okay, I think it depends. Because I love the sound of you calling me your boyfriend more than you could ever possibly know, but saying that to other people? Like our parents? Or Star? I think it would be better to work our way up to calling each other boyfriend outside of your bedroom walls." Tom sighed.

Marco hadn't thought of it that much, but once Tom had said it he couldn't help but agree. "So, secret boyfriends? Only boyfriends to me, you, and Janna?" Marco offered. Tom laughed.

"I totally forgot about Janna." He smiled. "I like the sound of that though, plus the secret thing is supposed to be hot right? I can throw rocks at your window and we can be like Romeo and Juliet."

"Does that make me Juliet?" Marco asked.

"Yeah, but only because I know you look damn good in a wig." Tom grinned, turning on his side too look at his beautiful secret boyfriend.
