"Just stop bothering me, OK?" I scream.

"But I don't want to leave you like that" J says.

"Just stop. I need to go to class!" I yell.

Then I heard a questionable voice behind me "Um Violet... Who are you talking to?" When I turn around, it's Sylvia. "Are you talking to the ghost cat again? What was his name? I forgot."

"Yea, he's telling me about the case couple days ago." I reply to Sylvia. "His name is J." I say. Sylvia is a friend of mine that I've made at this school. She's the only one that knows that I can talk and see ghost, aside from my family.

"Oh so it's about your right shoulder. How is it anyway? I mean you just got release from the hospital yesterday, it has to hurt still." She asks.

"It's getting better that's what I know." I say. "Now come on. We don't want to be late for class."

"Anyway Violet, where is your amulet?" Sylvia asks as we walk to our classroom.

"It's here." Then I grab out a teal color stone. This stone is the stone that makes me able to see ghost or anything supernatural being, without it, I can only hear the voices or feel their presence.

As we got closer to the classroom, there was a crowd of girls in front of the class. I know what's going on. It's the student council members. I can say that they are the star of the school. I mean this school is pretty much full of rich kids.

"How are we going to go past these people. I mean, we rarely bump into crowds like this." Sylvia exclaims.

That was true. I mean, we usually try to ignore them as much possible. It's kinda hard to do that when I have most of my classes with some of these people.

As we walk around them to get to the classroom, one of the girls had bump into me which as cause me to drop mine amulet. Crap! I have to get before it gets into someones hands, they will freak the heck out if they found out that the history room is filled with so many ghost. If you think that is shocking check out museum.

"Is this your's?" I heard a male voice. As I look to see who's voice it was I knew I had to make sure if the had seen anything yet. I hope they didn't see anything.

"Um...Thank you. By the way...did you see anything by chance?" Just as I said that I realized that the person that had picked it up was Zac, Zac Heart.

Oh no. Of all people, why Zac? He always gives me the cold look since the first day I transfer here. He asked me weird questions like "What have been eating?" or "Are you staying up late?" I don't know why he is asking me these things! It makes me think he's a stalker.

Even worst is that he is the vice president of the student council and because of that, so many rumors go around! I can't even list them.

"No, but, can you stop by the council room this afternoon?" He said.

"Sure..." What does he need me for! Why didn't I asked "Why?" or "What is a for?"

"Hey Violet, hey are you there?" It was Sylvia. She was waving her hand in front of my face to get my attention. I guess I been dazzling out after Zac told me I had to meet him after school.

"Ahhh!"

"Shh!" Whoops I forgot I was in the library. Right now was our Study Hall period, so me and Sylvia had gotten a pass to the library.

"Hey do want to go somewhere after school?" Sylvia ask.

"Don't you remember? The student council." I remind her.

"How about you call me once you're done dealing with them. Then we can meet up somewhere."

"Ok". Just then, the last bell of the school day ringed. "Gotta go. I'll text you later."

Once I was done packing everything up, I saw J, he look like he was waiting for me. J was that spirited of a cat I used to have. He doesn't have much memory of the time when he was alive but he could remember me and the basics.

"Hey are you done packing things up?" he asked me.

"Yea."

"Hey where are you going? Isn't the exit the other way?" he shouted.

"Sorry I have to meet someone in the student council room." I reply back.

"Then if it's that's the case, then I'm coming with you." he says. "Since your carefree parents aren't around you. I am going to be your guardian."

"I'm sure their watching over me from time to time. I'm sure they care about their one and only kid, right?" I said. My parents had left me at my grandma's since I was a baby. Grandma said that they had pass away from some kind accident that they were in. As for the amulet it was my mother's. She also said It was with me ever since I was a left at her place. Since grandma passed away a year ago I started to live with my uncle, which was my father's brother. I can't really say my uncle is the best at his career as a detective, but I help him once in a while.

"Hey Violet are we there yet?" J complain.

"It should be around here and since your flying you shouldn't have the rights to complain!" I'm pretty sure I know where I am going. Maybe if I turn left, I'll see it. "You see we're here!" I say yelling at J. Right there in front of me was the student council room. To tell the truth the student council members are pretty unusual people. I mean I usually see ghosts around at times. Their different people or animals everyday.

Once I walk up to the door, I took a deep breath and knock on the door. No answer, I knock again no answer. I wonder if it's just that they didn't hear it?

"Excuse me?" I said as I open up the door.

"Oh Violet you're here." It was Zac.

"Sorry, I kinda got lost on my way here. So what did you want to talk about with me?" I asked.

"Oh yea just a sec." Then he reach into his pocket and pulled out a something shiny and familiar and blue. It was a amulet, an amulet that looked like mine.
