Good afternoon everyone.I hope your having a great day.
Today we will be going over a bible stricture and ways connect with God during this time.
So the scripture for today is from 1 Corinthians 16:13 and it reads
Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.
This is saying that we should always stand for what we believe in which is faith, to have courage through things that try to get in between your faith and to be strong and know that the Lord loves you and will always help you and be there for you.
Now in Hebrews 11 it says that Faith means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it.
So it means that even if we don't see God or heaven or things like that we have to believe that he is with us and that he will always be there for us.
I want you to think about the world. God created the heavens and the earth so the mountain we see outside to even our family members. They were created by God.
So if your going through a difficult time,always stay firm in your faith.I know that sometimes we question God but everything happens for a reason and God is there to make things better for you.
So If you had a bad day, pray about it ,ask God to make you feel better and make things better.If you or someone is sick ,pray.Praying is so important because its a way that we can personally talk and have a connection with God.Also pray for others.Many people may not believe in the Lord but pray for them.Pray for people who need healing and help.
So here are some ways to connect with God.
- Praying, talk to God today (remember that you can pray anywhere and anytime)
- Reading the Bible, God will give you guidance while reading the bible (I will include a bible app link in which you can read from your computer or phone)
- Worshiping, Worship the Lord, sing , dance or worship him in any way (Its that feeling that you get when you really feel that connection while praising the Lord (I will include some songs of praise)
