2 Thessalonians 3:3, NIV: "But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one." ... He will establish you and guard you against the evil.

So this is saying that the Lord is faithful, he will strengthen you and protect you. If you have fear you can always put your faith in our God to be able to strength you and to protect you. You should always turn to God in your times of fear and trouble and put your faith in him and trust that he is going to help you and lead you in the direction out of those troubles. So if anything is ever bothering you, remember that the Lord our God is forever faithful and will guard and protect you through all you have.
