So it reads "Let the righteous one rejoice in the Lord and take refuge in him! Let all the upright in heart exult!" Psalm 64:10 ESV https://www.bible.com/59/psa.64.10.esv

So in this verse it talks about how the "righteous" or the people who obey the Lord and love him will rejoice in the Lord and take refuge in him, also letting the upright in heart exult. When we choose to obey God and to give our lives to him and to trust him, we choose a so much healthier, trusting, and beautiful life. It's so amazing that we must rejoice in all that we do. The Lord loves to see his children obeying him and exulting him. When you put the Lord first, you'll start seeing so many changes and so many ways to rejoice and praise and exult him. It's not always easy but he will guide us through it. Don't forget to Pray and Study! God loves you! :)
