Hello everyone and welcome back. I have decided to keep on going with this book and if i get to work on something else I will and update you then.
So today we will be talking about casting your burdens on the Lord.
We all go through challenges and difficulties in our lives and its to the point where we worry and forget that our God can help us.

Here it reads "Cast your burden on the Lord and he will sustain you" Psalm 55:22 ESV It is sometimes hard to not worry but once you get into the habit of doing that you'll continue to worry and that is not good. Stop worrying and start Praying. Have no fear and ask God to intervene and help you because in the end he is the only one who knows what happens and could be able to help you. Even if it it is not the way you initially hoped in, he knows whats best for you so hope in him and Pray that you trust and put everything into his hands.
Do not forget to Pray and ask God to help you.

Lord we face challenges and difficulties in life and they will not always be easy but I do know that you can help me along the way. Please take my burdens from me and help me Lord. Please take the worry from me Lord that i may trust in your name. Please help me in every way that you can for i trust in you and my life is in your hands Lord. I love you and thank you for all that you do, In Jesus name I Pray Amen.
