I was beyond nervous to tell Christian the big news.

I was pregnant with baby number three. I knew something was up when I was starting to get morning sickness again and I was late on my cycle. You would think that by now, I would be a little more smart and keep track of when I take my birth control and when I decide to go off. But, things happen!

I never really thought I would see myself with three babies before Christian would be done with baseball. He'll be done with baseball by the time the baby arrives and that way we have time to care for the newborn. I couldn't wait to tell Wyatt and Willow the news, they were going to be so excited to be big brother and sister.

It was time to start thinking of how I wanted to tell Christian that we were expecting. Last time, I just kind of told him, but I think this time, I wanted to make it a little cute. When I found out I was pregnant, I went and ordered a cute onesie to put in a box with the positive test and a little note for Christian to open. I was definitely expecting him to be shocked, I mean, I was.

Christian walked in the house after practice and smiled at me, "Hey you." He kissed the top of my head and saw the box on the counter. I had my phone set up on the counter filming everything so I could capture his reaction, "What's this?"

"I got you a little gift. I know you were getting back into baseball and whatnot, but I wanted to spoil you.." I said with a smile, "Open it up."

"Okay, babe." he chuckled, "It's a cute box.." He said, grabbing the box and untying the bow and opened the box, pausing. "Wait...Willow doesn't fit in a onesie anymore.." Christian looked confused.

I giggle, "There's more in the box, babe." I tell him, watching as he moved the onesie and saw the positive pregnancy test and cute little note I wrote for him.

"Wait!" He smiled big, "Are you pregnant?"

I nod, "We're having another baby.." I say before he puts down the box and hugs me tightly, picking me up and spun around.

Christian kissed all over my face, "Oh my god! Another baby?! Seriously??"

"Yes, baby! I'm surprised you didn't catch on when I was complaining of a stomach ache or not feeling well..." I say, smiling at him, "I'm glad you're not mad."

"Why would I be mad? Having another baby is going to be amazing. And they'll be here right for the offseason, that's perfect." Christian smiled at me, putting me down. "Wow. You're pregnant..."

I nodded again, "I'm pregnant." Christian lifted up my shirt, and even though there was no bump there, he just instinctively put his hands on my stomach. "They're like the size of a pea.." I giggle.

"I don't care, you got a little baby growing in you and that's all that matters." Christian said, kissing me lightly. "You are so beautiful, and I can't wait to see your little baby bump come back." He smiled.

"I gotta dig out all of my maternal clothes again," I laugh, "And all my different bras," I roll my eyes, "Because if this pregnancy is like the last two, my boobs are going to be huge." I laugh again, looking at Christian.

He shrugged, "And that's a problem, because..?" He chuckled, "I never complained about that.."

"I figured you wouldn't," I blush and just shake my head at him. "But don't get mad if I get cranky and don't want to get all cuddly and intimate."

"I never did with your last two babies." Christian replied, "Okay, maybe sometimes, but, I won't this time. Promise."

I wrap my arms around his neck, "You better." I smirk at him, standing up on my tiptoes to kiss him, "How do you wanna tell the kiddos?"

Christian tapped his chin, "Good question. I like what you did with me. But, I think that we should do something like big sister or something for Willow and then like find a shirt for Wyatt that says he's gonna be a big brother times two or something," he shrugged, "I don't know, what were you thinking?"

"I like that idea, actually. I think Willow will be very excited to find out she's going to be a big sister. Wyatt might be a little pissed, but, he'll get over it." I laugh and move to grab my phone, stopping the recording.

He smiled at me and kissed me again, putting his hand on my hip. I smiled against his lips before returning the kiss and pulled away a couple moments later and just smiled at him, "Are you happy?"

He nodded, "I'm very happy, baby. My beautiful wife is pregnant, I got baseball back, I already got two beautiful kids, life is good." Christian said, wrapping his arms around me. "I love you."

"And I love you! Very much...I'm glad you're happy. I didn't really expect us to have three kids but, things happen." I shrug, smiling at him. "I think we got this, you think?"

"I think so too, baby. We got two, what's one more?" Christian asked, rubbing my back. "Wanna go and cuddle in bed?"

"I would love that.." I replied.

I brought the kids with me to the ballpark to watch Christian's game. I hadn't told anyone yet about the pregnancy and I told Christian to keep it a secret. I wanted to do it on my own terms, when I was ready. But I had a way of going about doing it.

Christian came up to me and smiled, "Hey you." He kissed my forehead and picked up Willow, "Hey princess! How are you?"

Willow giggled, wrapping her arms around Christian's neck, "I so good!" She kissed his cheek, "You play game today?"

He nodded, "I am! And I better hear you cheering super loud for me!"

I smiled, watching the two interact. I don't know why he ever got nervous when it came to us having kids. He was a natural at it, it just came to him so easily, and I envied him for that. He just had an incredible bond with the kids and I knew they were going to trust him for a lifetime. Made me so grateful to have him in my life. He made parenting way easier.

"How are you feeling, babe?" He asked me, still holding Willow. "Feeling better from this morning?"

I nodded, "Yeah, babe. I took some medicine for it and drank some 7-Up, so I should be fine for the time-being.." I smile at him, "How was your workout?"

He shrugged, "Eh, it was fine. I'm kind of dreading batting practice, but I think it'll be fine. My back's bugging me.." I went to speak and he held up a finger, "But, I'm fine. I'm good enough to play, it just a little sore. Coach said I should be fine to play today.."

I sigh, I hated when he played through injuries and he knew it. I always got stressed out when it came to him getting hurt and just avoiding it so he could play some baseball. I get it, he loves the sport, but he has to take care of his body at the same time. I didn't need him hurting himself like he did a couple years back and missing his season. It wouldn't be fair to himself or the team. He's worked way too hard.

"I just want you to take it easy, Christian. That's all. I know you want to play, I know you want to have fun, I just don't want you hurting yourself..." I say with concern, "Just be careful, okay?"

Christian nodded, "I know, babe. I am gonna be fine!" He kisses my cheek, "I promise you that."

I just nod and take Willow from him, "You better go get ready for BP. We'll see you out there, okay?" I kiss him quick before grabbing Wyatt's hand and walked out to the field to watch the team take batting practice.

"Mommy, daddy okay?" Willow asked me as we walked.

"Yeah, baby girl. He just hurt his back a little so I just don't want him to hurt himself while he's playing!" I kiss her forehead, fixing her headband, "You wouldn't want him hurt, right?"

She shook her head, "No, mommy! That is bad!" She replied, laying her head on my shoulder. Willow always got worried about Christian as well. I think she honestly got it from me. But she had every right to worry! Her dad was always susceptible to getting hurt so the last thing we wanted was him getting injured. I knew her instincts were going to help make her an amazing big sister. I couldn't wait to tell them.
