For an hour we heard nothing, it finally stopped so we decided to crawl out of hiding. The house was a mess, decorated with rubble and the droppings of stars, we scouted round first for stars then walked out to what used to be the front yard which was now covered with burns, blood and stones loaded in heaps. The rovers were untouched but there will be no driving for anybody until we had a ground to drive on. We just sat down and watched quietly how our once beautiful planet became a living hell. Most of us cried while some tried to hide theirs, without warning the second trumpet sounded; we waited for hours to see what will happen but nothing showed up. Just when we were about to start arranging the house a huge mountain was above the house and it looked like it was being hauled and its trajectory was towards the Pacific. It took 35minutes for the entire mountain to pass over the house. Luckily, the Pacific had lost 2/4th of its water so the panic level wasn't high. We used technology to drain the seas into gigantic underground aquifers we had built to save aquatic life. It took 10months to drain the Atlantic and we still didn't finish. It wasn't long before it landed on the Pacific, nations that were close to the Pacific suffered a great loss as many homes were submerged in a matter of minutes. Ten minutes after the touch down the waters were blood red, that day we stayed out late deliberating on strategies for our survival. There were movements everywhere so we decide to retreat to our underground hideout and resurface in the morning.

''Sah what are we expecting next?' Udeme asked

'Please don't ask me, I'm not in the mood for this go and read it for yourself.' I replied angrily

'I'm angry that I'm here.'

'Well none of us wanted to be here, if you can't get your shit together please go get yourself killed, at least death helps right now.' I scolded

'I'm sorry sah'

'Nothing matters anymore.' I said walking away
