"Baecrush, that experience is what we know of the last of the 'tragic little one'.

The attempt to recover the spirit and soul failed.

We here in Pinnacle like to create labels and categories.

The 'tragic little one' was the last of what we labeled Homo Sapiens. A child found in a hastily built stasis pod.

We called ourselves Homo Superior.

What we are, actually. We are failures.

Pinnacle was not what we planned to build.

We sought to create generational space craft. To look for other planets humans might thrive in.

We knew it would take special care. A difficult task to select humans that were patient, kind, and thoughtful by nature. The kind of things that might make generations of life in a spacecraft feasible.

As time went on, we discovered the ability to move spirit and souls. This made the spaceship plan more workable. A smaller number of curators (using host bodies) would handle large genetic banks.

This was when the term 'Homo Superior' was created.

We missed our window of opportunity. Building and mining became too toxic.

In refining our plan to make Pinnacle living and training the first step, our time slipped away.

Earth became too hostile for us to build the ships. We added some isolated Pinnacle systems. Only this one survives. It is enough for us.

We all understand our failure. In here, we can touch soul-to-soul and consider it for a long time.

As we went around trying to collect and save humanity. Some missed our attention. The parents of Homo Overcomer kept away from us. Possibly because they had 'path walking' abilities. They knew we were not going to succeed.

What we want you to know, Baecrush. Is that we Homo Superior were not superior. We were exactly like the Homo Sapiens.

When we collected the patient, kind and thoughtful people; we noticed (with research) that they had a stronger spirit energy. A more stable inner nature, which meant we could survive longer outside human bodies.

Building systems to allow sped up education and experience training.

The deaths, spirit collapse, of weaker beings. That was because we ignored their condition. It was not designed for all. They designed it for hardy beings preparing to take spaceships off into the universe.

We have had a very long time to consider our failures.

You, Baecrush, you are the success.

You and the other Homo Overcomers could just ignore Pinnacle until it collapses.

We would like to have host bodies and walk Earth again. That would mean a cost to someone.

So we just wanted to know.

We almost recommend that you just ignore us.
