When the Succubae Queen returns to her realm, the sense of all her Succubae subject fills her again.

It somehow reminds her of a dream about some different Succubae Queen. "Just when you solve a great crisis, that is when you fail to notice the small change. The loss."

Succubae do leave and return her domain, and she senses when it happens. What happens when she is gone? Does she notice an absence soon enough?

She makes an inventory of her subjects and finds herself in the most protected part of her enclave.

The newest and youngest one is gone. Her caretaker is laid out on the floor (drained almost completely of energy). She sends that one off for medical care. There is a problematic history with her and her health.

It seems likely the youngest Succubae took or accidentally received the energy and then left the realm.

That was days ago. Even before the gem necklace crisis.

Days ago a special young succubae was with her caretaker. They talked about kisses and feeding with humans. Neither has actually been with a human (or so they both believe).

The youngest succubae had been involved with saving the life of special elemental creature. She had popped into existence to play her part in that. Once her part was done, she became just like the other succubae. The queen kept her in a safe place to let her energies stabilize.

The care taker succubae had been rescued long ago. Demons had raided another succubae royal house on another plane of existence. She was small and weak. Demons had feed off her and discarded her. I found her before dissipation claimed her. She has very little capacity to hold succubae energy. The energy she has can flow out of her just by touch sometimes.

Days ago the youngest succubae left to find a human. Her care taker was unconscious. She would not feed because that was against the orders of her queen. She would only kiss one. Kiss a human boy.

Days later she finds that boy on a bench.

He is very afraid. He is afraid every time he sees that strange girl that inhuman creature.

Yet, she saved his life on that first day. She flew in and pulled him away from being hit by a fast moving truck. It hurt her. He is sure. The way she held her head after banging the top of the truck cargo box.

Later she was a visitor at his school daily. No one else seem to see the odd clothes she wore.

A girl's black sailor school uniform, which has not been used for a long time.

The black cloth has a lightly worn color. The contrast color is oddly pastel in deep redness. Any white cloth becomes a length of white spots unless you look at it.

His social circle has skyrocketed. Everyone wants to know about the girl that wants him as her first kiss.

He does not understand what she is. A ghost? A demon?

Today. A sunny day on a bench with blooming flowering trees all around. She wants to kiss him.

She did save his life that day. She could have taken a kiss at any time.

He lets out a long sigh and kisses her.

When he opens his eyes, she is there. Her eyes closed and very still. After a dozen pounding heartbeats in his chest, she smiles and looks far way. Stands and walks down the walk and then up over a rise. To leave him forever.

Her ears are awash with gentle nearby words.

"To you I cling, my precious being.

Oh precious lamb, let me hold. We return to the fold.

Your smacked young head has bent your horn. Come to me, I hold no scorn.

You normally would be one to scold, but with your wound. I forgive the over bold.

When your horn has returned to its rightful direction, you can tell me all without fear of correction.

I can tell already you have endured many things here.

I will take care of the debt you incurred with the fox spirit on the temple peak.

Before we depart, let cradle you in hugs. The wish for the first kiss so often tugs.

Yours from that boy was nice and pure. A memory to hold and through life endure."

The young succubae does not recognize the queen (she has memory loss from the bang to the head on that first), but accepts the lift to be held and carried.

The joy of that kiss was nice. This joy of caring loving from this large being with motherly affection is much nicer.

Eventually they return to their own realm.
