Betrayal. Such a horrible torture for the living. So horrible that it even brings death on those that can't handle the pain. Have you ever been betrayed? Maybe by someone you trusted, loved, cared for? Do you know what that pain feels like? How there's a fire around you and all you want to do is control the fire so it burns the one that hurt you. How much you want to burn them to ash. The fire doesn't hurt, not compared to the pain you have after realizing you resent that one person.
Have you ever heard the word, anagapesis? It means, "Loss of feeling for someone who was formerly loved, or falling out of love". Do you know how painful it is to fall out of love. Starting to hate the thought of someone who was once the moon to your starry night. It feels so fucking horrible. Have you ever read a book, and you're halfway through to the part where the lovers are kept away from their "happily ever after"? That feeling of slight pain you get in your chest? Multiply it by the amount of stars there are in the sky and you'll get the pain.
All of this pain could have been spared, if only betrayal weren't present in the situation. But no, we as humans always have to act greedy and try to get more than we should. Yet who gets fucked over? We do, for being the greedy bastards we are. We always want more even though there's already a scarce amount that can be given. We really are a fucking parasite species.
Note: I have no clue what this is, I kinda just pushed myself to write this. It's kinda everywhere since I was feeling really angsty, I hope you like it though <3
