Dream relationship

When I opened my eyes it was morning already. I must've fell asleep yesterday on my phone.

Typical me. I'm always like that.

I rub my eyes as I checked the time, it was still 6 in the morning meaning I still had time to myself before I got ready for school.

I stayed in bed for a bit more before brushing my teeth and getting in the shower. I then blow dry my hair and straighten it before getting changed into my uniform.

It was a simple uniform in my opinion, I normally just wore a pair of black leggings and would tuck in my white button up shirt into them. I'd also wear my tie slightly long and sometimes wore a jumper or cardigan.

Today I decided to wear my black jumper which fit complimented my figure for once. It made my waist look more smaller than it is.

"Isabella come on! Breakfast is ready"

'Oh, dad must be home.' I smile.

I quickly put on some perfume and brush my hair one last time before grabbing my school bag and running downstairs.

I hardly saw my dad and whenever I got the chance to see him, I'd try every possible way to spend time with him.

"Good morning 'bella." My dad smiled as I ruffled my hair.

Something I loved ever since I was a kid but since he done it roughly, my hair would get messed up.

"Dad..." I whined as I pout at him whilst fixing my hair.

"Yeah, yeah." He chuckled. "I don't want my daughter being too pretty, hm? You're still daddy's little girl which means you're too young for a boyfriend." He winked jokingly.

I rolled my eyes as I stuck my tongue out at him.

'Pff, too young? Yeah right old man.'

"Steven, leave the girl alone. She can have a boyfriend if she wants." My mum sighed as she placed the plates down on the table.

"Victoria."

"Yes Steven, I'm still here."

The room was silent as my mum waited for my dad to talk. That's when she realised my dad was only playing with her and she got annoyed.

"Screw you Steven!" She punched his arm before storming off into the kitchen leaving my dad laughing.

My parents relationship would always brighten me up. They had the type of relationship that I wanted.

Even though they're old and literally have a child, they still act like teenagers.

"Stop staring. I know your dad is handsome."

I rolled my eyes once again. Something I do a lot whenever I'm with my dad.

He leaned across the table before glancing at the kitchen and back towards me as he covered his mouth. "Where do you think you get your looks huh? Definitely not for your mum."

"Steven!" My mum yelled from the kitchen causing me and my dad to break into a laughing fit.
