Where it started

I couldn't take it anymore. He was making me furious to the point I actually did something about it.

"Just shut up Brandon!" I yelled, standing up aggressively causing the chair to fly backwards as I slammed my hands on the desk, glaring at a now silent Brandon.

Shoot. I clearly forgot I was at school.

"Well done Adams, you're gonna get into a lot of-" Brandon hissed quietly but was stopped by a loud booming voice, once again.

My head instantly shot forwards towards the front.

"As if detention wasn't enough for you guys! Get out my class right now!" Mr. Price practically screamed at us.

He was pointing to the door with a seriously angry face which I've never saw.

I let out a groan and stormed out the class.

Not only has my body and face changed, it was almost like my whole personality changed.

"This is all that... Whatever." I leaned back against the wall with my arms crossed over my chest as I let a string of curse words leave my mouth about Brandon.

The door then opened and revealed the devil hisself.

We came eye to eye and stayed like that before I turned my head away from him, annoyed.

"I would've never imaged to get in trouble like this especially with you Adams. I mean I genuinely didn't even imagine getting anything about me involved with you." Brandon began to rant, clear annoyance also in his voice.

"Uh first of all, my name is Isabella not Adams." I got off the wall and took a step towards Brandon.

He wasn't the only one annoyed.

"I don't like your name though." He smirked.

"Well I don't like your anything you frigging imp!" I snapped causing his stupid smirk to fall from his face.

"I'm 5'4 okay? My family genetics aren't as tall as the boys here!"

"Oh my god Brandon, I don't care!"

Great. Just great.

I never wanted anything to be involved with him either, I mean look where I am right now and it's literally because of him.

Mr. Price hadn't came out yet meaning I was still standing in the hall way with Brandon.

Surprisingly he stayed instead of going to other classes to wave at possibly his friends.

Even though it was silent, I couldn't help but still feel annoyed at him.

He didn't even apologise!

I won't apologise until he apologises.

After another 5 minutes of standing, Brandon finally decided to break the silence.

"You've changed." He murmured as he leaned sideways into the wall at the other side of the door.

My back was back against the other wall. "What?" I turned my head to the side towards Brandon.

"I said you've changed!" He slightly raised his voice.

How would he know that? I've literally never talked to him. "How exactly?" I squint my eyes in confusion.

He chuckled and looked down shaking his head before looking up. "I mean first of all, your looks have mostly changed but especially your personality, what happened to the los- Uh, what I meant was the silent lonely Isabella?"

I couldn't help but gulp, I thought nobody would genuinely notice.

Not only that, it means Brandon knows about me whilst I only know his name and his silly class clown antics.

"Um..." I look down trying to avoid his gaze.

"Don't get me wrong! You're really nice and you look really nice, even before the summer holidays." He rubbed the back of his neck as I glanced up at him with wide eyes.

And here's where it started.

Brandon's silly little compliments that drew me closer to him, step by step.
