Take Care

I just got done writing a chapter for this book that's over 5000 words!! Can y'all guess what's it about!!! It's in the next 2 chapters.

I helped Trevor load the last bag onto the wagon. It was time for him and Sypha to leave.

I was going to miss them greatly. They had become my family.

"So this is goodbye huh" Trevor looked to me with sad eyes. I gave him a sad smile and pulled him into a tight hug.

"No brother, where I come from we say it's not a goodbye, it's a see you later. Because we will one day say hello again" I hugged him tighter as he did to me as well.

"Huh I guess I'll see you later sis" 

"I'll see you later bro" I pulled away from the hug and turned to Sypha.

I smiled and pulled her into a tight hug.

"Make sure to keep him out of trouble" I whispered into her ear.

She giggled and hugged me tighter "I'll try"

"Take good care of Alucard. He loves you a lot" she whispered.

"Same for you" I whispered back and we pulled away from the hug.

Alucard helped Sypha up onto the wagon.

Trevor looked to Alucard and me.

"Take good care of her" he threatened with a smile.

Alucard nodded his head with a smile." I will" he held my hand and gave it a squeeze.

Trevor waved to Alucard and I almost busted out laughing as Alucard just gave Trevor the middle finger with a smirk. These two will always be kids.

"Fuck you" Trevor joked as the wagon started to move.

We watched as the slowly made their way down the road.

"I guess it's just you and me now" I looked up at Alucard.

"You sound disappointed" Alucard looked down at me.

"No, I wouldn't have it any other way" I pulled his hand leading him back to the castle.

As we walked through the doors I looked up at Alucard.

"I'm gonna go make us something to eat, I'll find you when it's done. Come to me if you need anything" I leaned up on my tippy toes and kissed his cheek before disappearing down a hall to the kitchen.

After about an hour I had decided on a roasted rabbit and some fruit.

As I roamed the halls looking for Alucard I froze hearing the sound of quiet sobs.

I ran down the hall and stopped in front of a room with the door missing.

Alucard was sitting in the destroyed room in a large red chair. He was leaned over sobbing into his hands.

"Alucard" I walked over to him and gently lifted his head his eyes locked with mine and he pulled me onto his lap and into a tight hug. He buried his face into my chest soaking it with his tears.

I ran my fingers through his hair.

I started to hum a small tune I had learned along my travels around the world.
