CHAPTER 2

Selena's P.O.V

Airport

"Sissy!" Lichan shouted ng makababa kami sa kotse

"Hi, Lichan!" I greeted her and kissed her cheeks she also do the same.

"Hi, Lola and Lolo! Nice to see you again ^______^ "

"Hello, Lichan. I am glad to see you too. You need to go to your flight na. Mariah, huwag ka ng pasaway sa Daddy mo. Kung ayaw mo mapagalitan ng mga kuya mo. Understood?"

"Yes, grandma. Take care."

Tulad ng inaasahan ko we're not abreast in our seats. Katabi ko ang bintana and I'm so happy dahil malilibang ako when somebody seat beside me.

His smell gets my attention. A tall guy with a white skin and pointed nose-

"Miss, staring is rude."

Nakakahiya. "Huh? I didn't staring at you... I'm just looking at you." I said and  I saw his face amuse and then back to his natural reaction.

"Tsk. Sungit. Akala mo naman g'wapo. Mas g'wapo naman si Zeron kaysa sa kanya." I whispered while ready myself in the flight

Alam ko naman na hindi niya ako maririnig at maiintindihan. His look like a New York Citizen. As if he can understand tagalog?

"Do you know how to whispered correctly, Miss?"

I am a bit shock when he say it while his eyes is in the flight attendant that is in our front serving their menus and some foods..

'Is she talking to me?' Malamang , because I'm just the only one sitting besides him and whispering.

"I know how to whispered. Sadyang pinaririnig ko sayo dahil hindi mo maiintindihan, Mr. Sungit." I said to him na ikinalingon niya

He just smirk. And I hate the way he smirk at me.

'Arrogant,Braggart, Boastful. I hate this guy.'

"What?" I asked while he's not done looking at me and smirking at me.

'Jerk'

"Pero naintindihan ko. Watch your words, Miss. You don't know me." He said and get some stuff on his bag.

While me O-M-G! He's speaking  tagalog. I-I am so ashamed on what I said earlier. Ghad!

But his being so rude and arrogant. Argh. I hate this guy.

"Do your business, Miss. Avoid staring at me."

Hindi ko namalayan na nakatitig ako sa kanya at nahuli niya ako. So, I avoid my eyes on him. Tsk. Akala mo pogi. Well, he have a looks naman but his so Argh-Sungit and Boastful.

Inirapan ko siya at kinuha ang palette ko sa bag.

'What should I wearing tomorrow? This light make ups or this nude?'

Moreover in shoppings and cutting classes. My hobbies also are looking at my palette and think what make up I will wear. I also love reading books especially Chemistry and Biology. I love learning karate's and some physical fit that's why I have a healthy and fitted body. And I'm so proud of that.

"Tss." My forehead knit when I heard his side comment. But when I look at him he just read his books.

'Is he commenting my palette or commenting on his book?"

"This palete is very expensive. I bought this in Paris one month ago. It cost one hundred thousand Pesos in the Philippine money. The make ups made in organic materials that cost eighty thousa- Can you shut up?! I don't fucking care kung may kausap ka o wala or you just crazy talking to yourself! I am reviewing so shut your mouth, Miss. Hindi ka nakakatuwa!"

Aba, siya pa may ganang manaway ngayon?! Tsk. Siya naman ang unang nagcommen then he need to shut me up like he knows me very well.

I rolled my eyes. "Shut your mouth, Miss. I am reviewing so shut your mouth. Hindi ka nakakatuwa...akala mo ba nakakatuwa ka din? Of course not.  Arrogant, Rude, Boastful, Magniloquent. Basta sa tagalog mayabang. Akala mo na- Are you insulting me?"

I turn around para makita ang itsura niya. Dugg...Dugg... My heartbeat fast when I saw him looking at me coldly. His eyes is no emotions. But it's obvious that his now angry.  This is my time to revenge.

"If you, then you insult yourself. Why?
Are you stricken in my words?" I asked habang nilalabanan ang titig niya

"Tsk. You don't understand my words, Miss. I said I am reviewing." I look on his book Biology book? O-M-G! That book is my favorite book. Ngayon ko lang napansin dahil hindi ko makita ang cover nito.

That book is worth of 10,000. Yeah, sobrang mahal niya because it's all about bodies, illness and some living and non living things in this world. I want that book but the Bookstores in New York and Paris are don't have stocks. And I'm so down when I didn't reach to buy it.

Binalik ko agad ang titig ko sa kanya when he notice that I stared on his book a while ago.

I-I want to read it. Gosh!

"Tsk. Fine I will not disturb you b-but...c-can I borrow your book, please? I promise i will be back your book because it's worth of 10,000... Please?" Kinagat ko ang ibabang labi ko. I saw him looking at my lips at agad niya din umiwas. Yeah, I know sinabihan ko siya ng mga bad words but i really want to read that books. Kailangan ko iyon para sa susunod kong year.

Kumunot ang noo niya pero agad din itong nawala at umiling. Hindi niya pinansin ang sinabi ko at binalik ang mata sa binabasa.

'Tsk. Yabang'

Inirapan ko ito at umindian sit sa upuan. I love sitting like this I feel comfortable kapag laging nakaindian sit. Agad kong hinila ang ibaba ng dress ko nang tumaas ito at nakita ang legs ko.

Gusto ko man magbasa ng librong dala ko ngunit tinatamad ako dahil mas gusto kong basahin yung book na dala noong lalaking mayabang at masungit.

Pumikit ako while waiting the long, long, long time. Hanggang sa makatulog ako.
