When I'm in the main hall I immeadiatly see that there's light coming from the kitchen, and that the screaming seems to be coming from down there too. I start walking closer.
"No! The contract ended! I am helping Liam out as a friend. You can't just tell me to go on a pap walk in LA because she said something that hasn't even been released yet!"
I walk into the kitchen and see Harry, Louis, Liam, Zayn and Niall. Louis is holding a phone and appears very angry. I can only guess the shouts came from him. Harry is standing next to him, hand on his arm, in a hopeless attempt trying to calm him I guess.
Liam and Zayn are quietly talking, sitting at the kitchen island. Seemingly having a heated conversation. Niall was walking but he notices me first. He stops and turns towards me.
Harry, who was previously looking at him notices first and turns towards me. "Emely."
Louis and Liam immeadiatly look up, Zayn follows not too long after that. "What are you doing here?" Zayn frowns.
"We heard screaming. Everyone woke up, at least in our wing. I think the sisters woke up too. That's safe to assume."
Liam looks at the others. "I'll go tell them they have to sleep."
"Simon I'll tell you once more. I. Am. Not. Doing. It. You have no power over me." Louis screams into the phone. He turns around to look out of the window into the dark garden.
Liam runs out of the room immeadiatly.
"Cowell?" I look at the others.
"Sadly enough, yes. He has to make sure no inapprociate things are said in the video diaries and heard what you said. About us all being here you know. As you may hear, he doesn't appreciate it." Niall explains.
"Liam will most likely get something too because he usually took the shit when it was something with me and Liam. Nothing was actually going on, he just couldn't handle the gay ships." Zayn adds.
"Fuck you Cowell." Louis says, sounding oddly calm.
"Oh no," Niall says.
Louis hangs up the phone.
"What did he want?" Zayn asks Louis.
"What do you fucking think?" Louis slams his phone down on the table. "He wants me to fly to LA in the middle of all this to go on one single pap walk for something that hasn't even been released yet. Just because I am in the same team as Harry is which isn't even weird, because this is pretty much the One Direction team at this point. He wants me to go with Eleanor as well when we just settled that that has ended and neither she nor me does have a contract with him anymore. He can go to hell for all I care. I am here to help out Liam as a friend, not to make reputation or anything with Simon. Worst thing he can do is kick me out of the house but I can still call you guys. He can't force you guys to take your personal phones."
"He can't do anything because he does not have a claim. You guys don't have a contract anymore. You signed a paper for that right?" Niall looks at Louis.
"Yes. Even have it at home in Donny, so if he claims he didn't sign anything I'll go and get it."
"Good. That means he doesn't have case if he takes this to the judge or something."
"He can't even do that. The fans, and pretty much everyone, dislike him already. If he takes this further than an internal company issue, he will be attacked by fans. Louis could use that in his favour by posting on why he wants to do it and paps and everyone will get behind Louis as well. He will be as good as dead in the industry if he gets caught, which he will be because the louies are like the FBI at this point."
