(I figured that Zuri shouldn't be the only one with evil family members. So I'm bringing in KC's cousin Abby and her aunt Erica from season two of KC Undercover.)
Zuri's pov:
I haven't seen KC since she and Peter got back to dating. She also told us that she has a cousin named Abby. We did get to meet her, she is a sweet girl but something about her felt off. Even Damian agreed with me, there's something that she was hiding. Kim and Ron called me, Damian, and Carmen saying that a car came out of nowhere and hit Peter. We rushed to the hospital in Gotham where Bruce and the titans were waiting. "How's Peter?" I asked. "We don't know yet. He hasn't come out of surgery," said Garfield.
KC was pacing back and forth, wondering if the surgery was finished. I told her to relax, Peter is strong and he will make it. The doctor came out "He's going to be alright. The surgery went well and he'll be staying here overnight just so we make sure nothing else is wrong." he explained. "Is it alright if we see him?" Ron asked. The doctor led us to Peter's room, we asked him what had happened. The car was going to hit KC but Peter pushed her out of the way and took the hit. KC felt bad "KC, this isn't your fault." I told her.
Damian and I left the hospital and decided to get to work on the accident. We found the footage that contains the accident. The car did come out of nowhere "Hang on the driver looks familiar but the image is too blurry." I said. We were lucky that Cyborg is available, he enhanced the image and the driver was none over than, Abby. I looked at her records, she's apart of the Other Side and she tricked KC into taking her to see her mother. Erica King, the older sister of Kira Cooper.
They're using Kira and KC to get into the Georgetown Potomac Hotel in D.C. where the election night results party is being held tonight. They plan to brainwash Senior Jackson Cleveland who is about to become vice president. Once Erica takes control of him, Abby will have KC plant a weapon to take out the president and The Other Side will control the White House. "But the hotel has tight security so it's impossible to sneak a weapon in there," said Damian. "Not unless KC's dad is the future vice-president's head of security detail," I explained.
We are lucky that Carmen and Diana are invited to the party and they got us two tickets to go to the party. And of course, we had to dress for the event.
