Friends then Lovers
When Y/N met Clint they became close and the best of friends. Y/N had a crush on him and Nat knew about it. She ended up waiting to long and before she knew it Clint was married.
Not wanting to hate Laura for no reason because she is very nice. So she became her friend and they were actually close.
Y/N moved on from Clint cause he was married and she really moved on when Laura was pregnant. The years went by and Clint now had three kids. Y/N hasnt had a long term boyfriend because she was just so busy.
One day Y/N headed into the gym when Clint was in a raging anger. She went over to him and tapped on his shoulder.
"You okay?" Y/N asks.
"No." Clint says.
"Whats wrong?" Y/N asks.
"Laura and I were fighting so much lately and one thing lead to another and we are getting divorce." Clint says.
"Oh Clint Im so sorry. Whats gonna happen with your kids?" Y/N asks.
"I dont know. All I know is that Im alone now." Clint says.
"No your not. You still have the team." Y/N says.
"I know." Clint says.
As Clint and his wife were going through their divorce Y/N was by his side the whole time. She helped him with whatever he needed.
"So what was the final results?" Y/N asks.
"Well just as I wanted. Laura get the kid the most since of my job and I need them safe, but they will come ever other month." Clint says.
"So how do you feel about this?" Y/N asks.
"I feel lost." Clint says.
"Aww its okay. Its all going to he okay." Y/N says and hugged him.
Clint hugged her back and she pulled away from him and he kissed her softly.
"Thank you for everything." Clint says.
"Your welcome." Y/N says.
Y/N started to pull away from him, but he pulled her back into him.
"Dont. I need you. I've always needed you." Clint says.
"What?" Y/N asks.
"Thats why it ended." Clint says.
"Im the reason you got divorce? I hate that." Y/N says.
"No. God no. We were planning to get divorced, but at counseling I mentioned you alot. I thinks thats when both Laura and I realized that I had feelings for you. It wasnt your fault, but I do love you. Please dont say you dont feel the same." Clint says.
"Are you sure Im not the reason?" Y/N asks.
"Yes Im sure. I love you." Clint says.
"Well then I love you too." Y/N says and kisses him.
