Injured in Love
Y/N got hurt on a mission and she had to under go surgery and once she was out Sam staid in her room with her.
When he saw her he kissed her on the top of her head. He knew she would awake soon, but he really missed talking to her.
Sam was in love with her and he wanted her to tell her some many times, but he didnt think she would ever feel the same as him.
"Hey Sam have you been here all week?" Steve asks.
"Yeah. Im just going to wait for her to wake up." Sam says.
"Well when she awakes let me know." Steve says.
"Of course." Sam says.
"See you later." Steve says.
Sam watched him leave and felt low he thought that Steve and Y/N have something between them. Thats another reason why he didnt want to tell her he loves her.
He wanted her to be happy even if that was without him.
Sam took her hand and looked at her sleeping. He had to tell her how he felt even if she might not really know.
"Hey Y/N, its me Sam. Im so happy you're okay. You did tell on the mission. You do well at everything you do. Which is why I like you and not as a friend. Y/N, I have a crush on you and I might even be in love with you. But I know you are with or starting something with Steve and I want you to be happy. I just wish I could tell you this when you can hear me. But yeah... I love you Y/N." Sam says.
He places a kiss on her hand and then he went quiet. He knew she wouldnt feel the same, but at least in a way he told her.
"I love you too, Sam." Y/N says.
She had opened her eyes and looked over at him. He kissed her hand again and smiled she did feel the same as him.
