Love and Flowers
He was in love with her and she never knew. He loved her very much and everyday for a year he sent her a single (f/f) with a sweet note. He didnt want her to know it was him in fear she wouldnt love him that way.
Leaving her the notes and flowers made everything better for Y/N. Though Steve should of wrote that that is from him. Cause someone else has taken credit.
"Steve guess what? I know something amazing." Y/N says walking over to him.
"What is it Doll?" Steve asks.
"I know who sent me the notes and single (f/f)." Y/N says.
"You do?" Steve asks nervously."
"Yeah its Tony. He is a sweetheart. He asked me to be his date to the party tonight and I told him yes. Isnt that great?" Y/N questions.
"Yeah Doll great." Steve says.
He just got up and walked away leaving Y/N confused and yet happy. Steve went to his room pushing pass Bucky. Bucky was confused and followed after him.
"Woah Pal whats wrong?" Bucky asks.
"Tony told Y/N he is sending her the flowers and notes. Now she is his date to the party tonight." Steve says.
"He did what? How do you know?" Bucky asks.
"She told me." Steve says.
"And you didnt day hey he is lying, its me I love you." Bucky says.
"Buck she likes Tony. Its over." Steve says.
"Whatever you say Punk." Bucky says.
At the party Steve just watched Y/N and Tony together and his heart sank. He drank alot, but it didnt matter he cant get drunk. So he is soberly watching his love with another man and its killing him.
"Bucky told me. Go talk to her right now. Tony had no right lying to her. Go Steve tell her the truth." Nat says.
Steve looked over at Y/N dancing with Tony and he has had it. He walked over to them and tapped on Y/N's shoulder.
"Oh hey Steve whats up?" Y/N asks.
"Yeah Capsicle whats up?" Tony asks with a smirk.
"You. Your a liar." Steve says.
"Who?" Y/N asks.
"Who me? Lie? About what?" Tony asks.
"About.. You know what." Steve says.
"Steve whats going on?" Y/N asks.
"I have a confession to make.." Steve says, but stops.
"Come on Cap either talk or walk away." Tony says.
Steve was about to walked away when he tried Bucky and Nat stopped him.
"Steve." Nat says.
"Do it." Bucky says.
"Do what? You are all acting weird." Y/N says.
Steve turned back to look at her and then his eyes went to Tony's hand on her waist.
"He is lying to you. He didnt send you anything. I did. Its been me all along. The notes, the single (f/f), everyday at the same it. It was all me." Steve says.
"Well you may send her those letters, but I love her." Tony says.
"No you dont! Your just doing this cause your a pain. Cause I love her. Y/N I love you so much and when I saw you sad that day thats when I started the notes. I did it to put a smile on your face because Im in love with you." Steve says.
Tony took his hand away from Y/N and walked to the bar with Bucky and Nat.
"Its about time Rogers." Y/N says.
"You knew?" Steve asks.
"Well yeah. It wasnt that hard to put it together. At first I thought you were just making them to make me feel special, then I fell in love with you and your notes and I couldnt stop thinking about when you would come clean. So when it was everyday for a year I asked Tony to come with me tonight and acted as if he took the credit for what you did." Y/N says.
"Well.. I guess I should of told you sooner. I really do love you." Steve says.
"And I really do love you." Y/N says.
He pulled her close to him and kissed her. Everyone around them was cheering.
"About time old man." Tony says.
"Yes. Yes it was." Steve says and kissed Y/N once again.
