"Surely they can't force you to work for the entire 6 months," Sun offered a voice of reason. After racing home, Moo ducked out to phone the company back in Korea to see what was happening, leaving Jen alone to have a call with the members. Once the group were starting to gain recognition and earning a satisfying sum of money, Jen bought her family this house. She had always said she would buy them a luxury home once she was famous and she did just that. The house soon became over run with fans at the door every day when they found out the address, so the family had to move out relatively quickly after moving in. The house had laid dormant since now.
"-and thanks for telling us that you had even planned to work for them at all, by the way." Jisoo shouted down the phone. Jun shushed her.
"The fact that we didn't even know, we were hounded by those reporters." Jen sat slouched over the bed, a hand in her hair and another on the phone.
"That's it, we're on the first flight there." Jen let out a small chuckle during the time when she needed it most. "I'm not kidding," rustling could be heard on the other line.
"And what would you do, Mr Smarty Pants?" Sun questioned Jun. "You'd just make things worse. If that were even possible..." Sun murmured. If that were even possible. It wasn't the end of the world, but in that moment, to Jen, it felt like it.
