"Everyone's already inside," Jen and Moo stood outside a set out double doors. "Are you ready?" Jen was visibly uncomfortable. She had been thrown into last minute events and promotions before so this should've been nothing to her but the thought of walking into a room full of people and not being able to gage how they felt was unsettling.

"What if they're angry? These people worked so hard at their auditions and I've just been given the role. They're bound to feel some sort of resentment towards me." She paced outside the doors.

"C'mon, you always said you wanted to try acting, what's stopping you from enjoying this? I bet everyone will welcome you with open arms." Moo was failing at trying to cheer her up.

Jen had never been good at making friends, she didn't have time for it. She saw her members as her extended family and loved them as brothers and sisters but there weren't many friends.

"This is going to sound quite dark but bear with me," Moo offered some advice. "When you attend events, promotions and perform live you're using the persona expected of you, you're acting. This time, you're just acting for real." Jen came to a halt in front of him. It made sense, if she could just act like the Yi-Jen everyone wanted her to be then it would be fine. She had technically been acting for the last 6 years.

The double doors opened and in entered Jen and Moo; the entire room turned around at once. Some faces visibly shocked and others excited. She took a good look around to gage their reactions; everyone just seemed to be shocked, apart from one boy sitting amongst them who just looked confused. She walked around the table and sat where Moo instructed her to sit, across from the confused boy who hadn't broken eye contact since she walked in. She cleared her throat.

"Hi, everyone. My name is Yi-Jen but please just call me Jen. I can't wait to meet you all individually and work on this project with you. Please look after me," the room gave a warm chuckle in agreement and a round of applause.

"It's so nice to meet you, Jen. We're very happy to have you here. Would everyone like to introduce themselves again?" A young man started off with his name and characters name and thus started the chain until it reached the two boys opposite.

"Hi, my name is Mew and I play Tharn. I'm such a big fan I can't wait to work alongside you." He gave his most brightening smile and wave making Jen laugh. She returned the smile.

"Uh, hi, my name is Gulf and I play Type." He motioned for the next person to speak, the eye contact was gone. The chain stretched around the table until it reached back to the beginning. Of course everyone was still staring but everyone seemed genuinely nice enough, maybe this laid back schedule wasn't going to be as bad as she thought.
