The Senior Trip!

It was easy to tell that Kageyama didn't want to come to this senior trip. I got the window seat but he would always be looking out from above my head.

Tsukishima and Yamaguchi were in the same bus as us so this kinda felt like the volleyball trips to the games.

This trip was kind of a Park visit after we went to the museum so I don't think he knows but I brought my volleyball apart from my bento!

I know he didn't like to miss practice so I thought maybe it would make him feel better!

🟠"Kageyama?"

⚫️" . . ."

🟠"Kageyama??"

⚫️" . . ."

I kept calling him but no answer.

🟠"Kage- GAHHHH!!"

He was asleep. Worst part, he had his earbuds so he couldn't hear me. The thing is, he was asleep, BUT HIS HEAD WAS LEANING ONTOP OF MINE!!!

I couldn't move, he was so peaceful, I didn't want to disturb his sleep so I just let it be. I could hear Tsukishima and Yamaguchi snickering from in front of us.

I rolled my eyes and closed them right after. Kageyama's music was a bit loud, so I decided to pay attention to the sound of that than Tsukishima and Yamaguchi. I slowly drifted to sleep.

🟠🟠Time skip to the arrival at the park🟠🟠

⚫️"Hey dumb Hinata, what did you bring for lunch?"

🟠"Rice balls!!! 🍙"

⚫️"Oh, ok."

🟠" . . . "

🟠" W-What did you bring Kageyama-kun?

⚫️"Meat, with cooked vegetables."

🟠"Ouuu! It looks so yummy!

⚫️"Yeah."

We sit there and finally eat our lunch. It's so quiet but I was intrigued by the beauty of the park! The cherry blossom trees looked so beautiful. And today was a sunny but chilly day so it was perfect!

I look around too see people in their own little groups. I have other friends but I sit with Kageyama because I hate to see him all by himself. And I know he won't follow me around when I'm headed to others so I stay with him anyway.

We finally finished our food and clean up our little picnic area. We stay seated, leaning against the tree behind us and stare out to the big space with a clear sunny view. A plain area, perfect to play-

⚫️"Hinata."

🟠"Ah- Yes ?"

⚫️"What's in your backpack? Why is it so big? I thought we were only supposed to bring a small one."
