Chapter 12: 𝓼𝓱𝓮'𝓼 𝓫𝓪𝓬𝓴

My mom told me to come home to tell me the report the chief told her. I know I'd see Maihua there but I have no choice.

"Mom" I said as I got into the living room wherein she and Maihua are in. "It was bombed, they said that someone helped your father but they don't know who" my mom explained.

"We need to find him and whoever is helping him, he needs to pay for everything he has done" Maihua said in a frustrated tone.

"My father never killed your father" I defended "I'm not gonna put up with you Y/N" she said "no Maihua, my father didn't" I said.

"Can you stop being stupid for once!" She raised her voice and I never knew we would have a fight like this.

"I'm not stupid Maihua. I just know that my father didn't kill Maison!" I replied. She ordered her nurse to help her stand up, "I won't live under the same roof with anyone related to Mr. Anderson" she said.

Wow I can't believe she could say that. "You're not leaving" I said "give me a reason not to" she said and turned her back on me.

My mom held my hand as I gathered the strength to say it. "You're my sister!" I said and she stopped. She turned to look at me "nice lie" she said and scoffed.

"So now I'm a liar? You might be forgetting who hear actually lied about her whole identity" I said. "If it wasn't for your father, I wouldn't have faked my identity" she said.

"If it wasn't for your mother spreading her legs wide in front of a married man" I said "just SHUT UP! Don't you DARE talk about my mom like that" she said with an angry tone. She walked out with her nurse and I'm here with my mom.

"Y/N, we aren't sure about it yet" My mom said trying to comfort me " I don't care anymore mom" I replied.

???'s POV

"Dad, mom is on her way here so just make yourself feel at home" I told him and he just nodded while the doctor was cleaning his wounds.

"Oh here you are" I said as my mom entered the room. "So how are your wounds?" My mom asked dad.

"It's fine but seriously I almost lost my sense of hearing because of those bombs" he replied "well at least your alright now Mr. Anderson" she said.

"This is why you should have married Donna instead" My grandfather spoke. "We could have been a great family" I said "yes we could've, with your sister Maihua" my mom said.

"We don't need Maihua" my dad spoke up "he is the reason why I was in prison" he added "but she is still my son" Mom defended.

"We don't need to argue about this" My grandfather said as he stood and walked out.

Maihua's POV

I can't help but to feel uneasy about what Y/N said. I'm her sister?? That can't be, it's just not right. I took her virginity and I turn out to be her sister?? That is not great.

I love Y/N and I didn't mean to talk to her like that earlier, my emotions just got the better of me. I'm meeting up with my uncle somewhere private.

Yes I kept in touch with him all these time, I helped him even if he accidentally shot me and I know it's stupid but if Y/N could help her father after everything I could also help my uncle after everything.

I texted my uncle about what happened to Mr. Anderson's escape from the prison. "Is it true?" I asked him as soon as I got to his place. "True what?" He asked.

"I'm Y/N's sister?" I asked and he scoffed in disbelief. "And where did you get that?" He asked "Y/N" I answered.

"Well that just keeps getting better" He said "so.... am I?" I asked "would it make you feel better if I say no?" He asked and I nodded.

"Then no" he answered "I'm serious" I said "I'm serious too" he replied. "Then why would she say that?" I asked.

"She probably found out that her father had an affair with your mother" he explained "why didn't you tell me??" I asked "I didn't think it was necessary" he replied.

"Yeah right" I said and rolled my eyes. "Do they have a product?" I asked and he nodded. "She's with your mother Maihua, she saw you already" he said.

"I need some explanations" I said. "Look Maihua your parents made you to fix their problem" he said and I just gave him a confused look.

"Your mom had a relationship with Mr.Anderson for 2 years and their product is a girl, it's not Y/N so don't worry, after a year your father found out but your mom begged him to stay, he said he will only if she would give him a baby, so they had you. Your father was then put in jail and your mom came to Y/N's father and had a fling until your father found out but he's in jail. Your father threatened Mr.Anderson and that is another reason why he could've killed your father" he explained.

"Who could have possibly helped Mr. Anderson in getting out of prison?" I asked "his father could have, or maybe your mom" He answered and I just looked at him.

I never really had memories with my mom, as I said before, my uncle took me in his mafia. "Why would mom help him? Doesn't she know he killed dad?" I asked.

"Your mom loves Mr. Anderson ever since high school, Y/N's mom just came into the picture but Mr. Anderson's father didn't accept it but had no choice" he explained.

"But I haven't seen mom in years" I said "well she'd do anything for Mr. Anderson so I wouldn't be surprised if she's back" He answered.

What if it wasn't actually Mr. Anderson who killed my father, what if it was mom?? I just know something isn't right.
