The next day, we sat in class, I was twisting my baby hairs up by my forehead. When Sheriff Keller and Weatherbee walked in.

"Sorry to interrupt, Dr. Phylum, but Sheriff Keller and I need to see Archie Andrews in the hallway." Weatherbee spoke, Archie glanced at me briefly. I shook my head at him telling him I didn't say anything. Archie got up to head out to the hallway.

"I'm sorry Principal Weatherbee but the t-shirts were my idea, not Archie's." Veronica said standing up.

"This is not about t-shirts, Miss Lodge, please sit down." Weatherbee said. Veronica sat down after Archie spoke to her, she looked back at me. I shrugged at her, not knowing what to tell her, it wasn't my place to tell her what happened last night, it was Archie's.

"Miss Andrews, can you step out in the hall please?" I heard Weatherbee's voice call out, I felt the blood drain from my face. I slowly stood up and walked out of the classroom. I watched Archie walking down the hall. I pulled my sleeves down to cover my hands.

"Yes sir? How can I help you?" I asked quietly.

"Do you know where Archie was last night?" Sheriff Keller asked.

"He was home, in the garage." I say quietly. Sheriff nodded his head at me, before letting me go back to class, to grab mine and Archie's stuff.

Later on, I was up in my room as Archie was getting interrogated by Fred. I was scared, I sat in my window sill as it rained, I watched the rain hit the ground, and I watched Fred leave the house, he waved at me and I waved back. I sighed quietly, before making my way down stairs, I saw Archie sitting at the island.

"Archie?" I questioned, tears pricked my eyes, he looked over at me.

"Rox? What's wrong?" He asked.

"Last night, you really really scared me. It terrified me seeing you wave that gun around like no other. You are not the cousin I used to know and that scares me." I say to him. He got up from his seat and walked over to me, his arms wrapped around me.

"I am so sorry, Rox. I never ever meant to scare you." He whispered. "It's not like you to cry in front of someone. I am so sorry." He rubbed my back as he hugged me. The door opened and closed and I heard heels clicking. I let go of Archie and quickly wiped my eyes, riding the tears as they fell from my eyes. I turned around and saw Veronica madder than hell. She had sat Archie down and started ranting to him.

"At least you were smart enough not to keep it in your locker, but a gun, Archie?" Veronica questioned pacing back and forth, I watched from the doorway quietly. "Why? For what?"

"To protect myself." Archie answered.

"Against the Black Hood? Archie, that video, the gun... If I'm following you, I need to know where, I need to know the truth."

"I want him dead, Veronica." Archie said standing up, I walked forward slowly. I want the Black Hood dead, and I want to be the one who does it. I want to be the last thing he sees."
