I was at home the next day, working on homework before going to Pops to help out Uncle Fred.

"Roxanne! Roxanne!" I heard Archie yelling, almost like he was panicking.

"What? What?" I questioned heading to my door way, Archie ran towards me.

"Is there anyway, anyway at all, that you could look into Joseph Svenson, or Joseph Conway?" Archie questioned quickly, I looked behind him and saw Betty.

"I-I can try. Why, why? What is this about?" I spewed out, as Archie quickly pushed me into my room placing me down in front of my open laptop. I started typing away on my computer.

"The Black Hood is back." Betty said. "He has Mr. Svenson, so we are just trying to see how much information we can get before going to the Sisters of Quiet Mercy."

"Okay, okay." I continued my typing. "Uh, so I got that Joseph Svenson, he went to school here in Riverdale, as we found out specifically at Riverdale High. He graduated and became the Janitor here. This is all the same stuff that we already know." I backed out of Svenson and replaced it with Conway. "Now for our dear Joseph Conway...." I muttered as I looked through the page. "I got nothing. Whatever happened that night, they kept it under lock and key here. Your best beat is to go to The Sisters of Quiet Mercy to get intel on our dear Joseph Svenson... or Joseph Conway." They both huffed at my quick research. "I'm sorry guys, but this one is kept on lock down. I have no way of getting into any system to even find Joseph Conway's name."

"Okay. Thank you, Anne." Betty said rubbing my arm lightly.

"Need me for anything else, call. I'll have my laptop with me. I gotta work with Uncle Fred at Pops." They both nodded and left the room. I sighed quietly leaning back in my chair.

Later on, I was at Pops, selling trees and what not. I pulled my beanie lower on my head, to keep the chilly air from freezing off my ears. I had my back turned as I was fixing up a tree.

"Hey, you look like you need this." Cheryl's voice cut through the people talking, I turned around, looking at her. "I hope you like hot chocolate."

"Oh my God. You are a lifesaver, Cheryl Blossom." I say with a smile taking the cup away from her. I took a sip of the hot chocolate with a content sigh."So, how's life been treating you?" I questioned quietly as we walked through the trees.

"As well as life can at the moment." She sighed out.

"Well, don't let life get you down, Ms. Blossom. It'll, hopefully, turn around eventually." I sighed out, as I plucked some dead leaves off of a tree.

"You are always so optimistic, you always look on the bright side of things, at least some of the time. How do you do that?" Cheryl asked.

"Well, when your parents die in a tragic car accident, that you should have died in also, you tend to look at the brighter side of things, try and appreciate the life you have now. I still have the fear of losing people, losing myself, but I guess that's a given thing." I took another sip of my coco. "We've all been through something traumatizing at one point or another, we all grieve, sometimes the grieving period is longer than others, but eventually you will come back, either changed or the same." Cheryl sighed lightly, I gently rubbed her back. "You're a good person Cheryl, things will turn around, I promise. Things always happen for a reason, good or bad, you have people to back you up, Veronica, Betty, Archie, Jughead, Josie and many more."
