"you what?" i asked tyler.
"i like you!" he said, then sighed.
"tyler... the only reason i went out with davy is because i thought you didn't like me! tyler i really like you..." i say.
"really?" he says, his face lighting up.
"really." i smile.
i gave him a quick peck on the lips and turned back to the tv. i could feel his eyes still on me so i giggled.
when the movie ended, we all decided to go home. tyler biked me home. "hey, uh, ada..." he says.
"yes sir?" i say.
"would you want to be my girlfriend?" he asks.
i could tell he was nervous so i giggled. "i do sound like a total idiot. sorry. bye." he was about to pedal when i ran to him and grabbed his bike handle.
"yes." i whispered and gave him a peck on the lips. this summer would be fun.
