Maya sat watching as he daughter was carelessly running around in a park on a daddy-daughter day with her father as she was glad she had agreed on him seeing Scarlette more often than any other girl would.
"She looks like her mother," Josh said and Maya smiled.
"Guess she does," Maya said smiling.
"You're a good mother, Maya. I can see it. You don't have to worry about being your mother and get that idea also out of your head," Josh said as Maya gave him a soft smile.
She exhaled as she looked how her daughter was running around the play ground with a girl close to her own age.
Smiling as she quickly caught a tear she knew she got Josh's attention but not in a bad way.
"I always dreamed about the day you would meet her. I just never knew how it would play off," Maya said.
"You're a good mother, Maya. I always knew that," Josh said as he walked over to his daughter.
