They stared as I  click the door open. I stared to wonder how Thorne got in, but then again the window has no lock. I pushed the steel in.

Walking over to the small bookcase I put in the corner, grabbing the red bible. I read over the pages of the apocalypse. Over and over again.
War
pestilence
Famine
Death.

Always in that order. And maybe a God isn't real maybe he is but either way this was real. What was happening to us. I looked up at Thorne and Beck. We were the only ones to come back here. I looked back down at the pages.
Whispering I headed myself say "I may go to hell for this" then I ripped the pages out of the book of the lord.

Standing up the words poured out of my mouth, "hey any towns that sorta fell off the map lately?"
"I don't know, why should we be looking for one?" Beck sounded worried, which she probably should have been granted that I just read eight pages of the Bible over and over.

"I have a theory that this is going to get biblical."

"Wait I think I have something." I peered my head up from my laptop when Beck said that.

"Deadly Capture the flag game : this game made a battle." Becks face twisted when she said this.

"How many dead?" I asked with an uneasiness. Because if this was the start it could be hundreds.

"All but one man. Late 20s black hair tan skin green eyes." Yeah that sounded like it could be war.

Thorne taped my hand, "so let's get the Scooby gang together and head out to wait where was it?"

"South Erie."
"So you want to break into a crime scene, how do you suppose we do that." I roll my eyes at him.
"We can't buy Zoey can, as far as I know she can hear in a different form. We have her turn into something like a fly or ladybug, something that."
"Would go unnoticed by the cops, then she reports back we can stop the apocalypse before it starts." I kept my mouth shut know that it already has stared if we were right about this.

Once I got my stuff from my dorm I placed it in a small side cross leather bag, including a knife, my new gun and clips a small water bottle and the few pages of the Bible. And just like that I was in riding shotgun to Thorne in the Jeep, Beck and Georgia in the back. This would be a long car ride.

I felt Becks stairs making the hair on my neck stand up. Why was she looking at me.

I cleared my throat, "so are we clear on the plan?"
"Yes". "No" Georgia's no was louder than Thorens and Becks in sink yes. Which makes sense I mean the three of us came up with the plan and Georgia was on the other side of the city.
" basically Zoey will turn into a small bug, and scout the crime scene. After that she will turn back and explain to us what the hell was happening. And we go from there."

"How long do you think we will be here." Beck sounded almost excited. Like we weren't about to invade a mass murder scene.
"As long as we need." Thorne was stern, which was oddly shocking. Then it hit me, he was just as scared as the rest of us.
We will get trough, together. All of us.
I tried to give him a reassuring smile hoping that he read my mind. I think he did considering the smile that I could out of the corner of my eyes.

"So what do we know so far." Georgia said this while eyeing me.
"We know almost nothing. I don't even know if it's biblical, but we do have the book of revelation in my bag."
"The book of what." Beck sounded like she might know and that she just wanted me to explain.
" it's a book from the Bible New Testament, explaining the casual apocalypse. So if you see anything in a group of seven or just stars in the middle of the day point it out."
"What does that have to do with anything?" Throne spoke up eyes still fixed right in front of him.
"Ummm well Death came to Jesus, I think it was death, anyway he came with seven lamp stands and seven stars. But I haven't memorized the book guys. Seven is just prominent." I said it almost mad simply for the fact that I just don't know. I don't know if we can win I do t know if we can all live. And I sure as hell don't know if I'm even right. With everything I wished I would stop thinking I need to know the answer, because I don't have them.

We pulled over for some food. I was about to get out of the car with the twins when Thorne stoped me.

"You don't have to know the answer all the time."
"What." I knew what he said but that would mean.
"I know I shouldn't have invaded like that, but you seemed so on edge. I just wanted to let you know that."
"We thanks but don't ever do that unless you can I wanted you too."
"Well how would I know?"
"You will here me scream in you world of ASMR." He laughed.
"Okay"

We pulled into the hotel we would be staying at. Four room each with two bed. The boys in one, The Vermen twins in one, Zoey and Sam in one, and Harper and I in the last room.

Tossing my bags onto the bed I sighed know we were just about to jump in the car again.
"You good." Harper's voice was soft, caring, but I couldn't tell.
"I don't know, I mean we are about to break into a crime scene, I mean that doesn't sit well."
"Yeah, but we're saving the world. So turn that frown upside and go flirt with a guy at a totally inappropriate time."
"WHAT."
"Oh nothing." Harper did almost a reverse eye roll, widening as a smirk spread over her face. I rolled my eyes at her and closed the door behind us. Sticking the keycard in my side strap bag.

Checking if everything was in my bag I walked down the hall. A small wave of nostalgia hit me, as I remembered the wired shit me and siblings did an old hotel hall. Running up and down, acting like true animals. It was one of the rare times all four of us got along.

I felt my face hurt a little was the smile. I walked over to Thorne's Jeep and got in know this was the end of 'normal'.
