"This is where I leave you little vamp, it was nice meeting you, don't come again." As unwelcoming as it sounds, she says that jokingly with a smile and a small laugh.

"Sure demon, not looking forward for it." I end with a laugh on my side.

I look around and take it all in one last time, not knowing when I will be back again, or if I might come back. I look at my hands to see them red like the light of the sky.

I just realized how different and unique each land is, now that I have seen them all in this quest to find the truth; the witches with their magical vibes and sparkles, the werewolves with their full of life green trees and vast lands, the angels with their pure white snow, the demons with their bloody hell sky, and the vampires, with the darkness and cruelty that took over their lands and their hearts.

The light that shines on my hands says it all.

At its darkest and worst, at its brightest and best, it all feels good, no exceptions.

I stand facing the bridge over the water in front of me as we reach the borders of the Devilish Demons' kingdom.

"So this is it? The water bonds the lands together but also separates them? What a world."

I gulp down, not sure if I'm ready to step out and face the next difficulty. My life has become a game with multiple levels and stages with different problems and obstacles that I'm forced to face less I would lose almost everything.

I turn to Sabine and give her a last salute before I head fast to the lands of the witches.

"Where's Merlin?" is the first thing I say as I reach the witch castle after a long travel.

"Geez take a breath, aren't you like tired a bit?" I turn around to the source of the voice and see Richard leaning on the wall with his arms crossed on his chest.

"You forgot I was a vampire? No I'm not tired and I need Merlin, now!" my voice gets louder and ruder with my demands making the walls echo my voice through the whole place.

Merlin then magically appears in front of me with a bowl in his hand.

He looks sternly at me and thins his lips before he closes his eyes and asks me to follow his as he heads outside.

I take a glance at Richard before heading back out. I stop in my steps at the scenery in front of me; Merlin rises a stand from the ground made from tree roots and water droplets to put the bowl where moonlight strikes it. Six witches stand far from the bowl forming a circle around it as they chant words in a foreign language I have never heard before in my life.

My eyes quickly move between all of them, one by one, rapidly, as they chant, rays of light scarcely glow on them and they direct that light to the bowl. My gaze goes to Merlin as he instructs me to approach him.

"With this blade I order six drops of blood, by the power of the earth and light of the moon, by the sequence of time and order of place," he slits my palm and exactly six drops of my blood pour into the bowl.

My heart beats so fast inside my chest I could hear it thumping blood to every part of my body.

I don't know if that's fear that I feel or just a normal reflex to this situation, but whatever it is, it made my whole life flash in front of my eyes in less than a second. Could I be dying?

'Hell no, you aren't going anywhere.' I close my eyes and thank goodness for the soothing voice that pops in my head.

'I really wish you were here, I don't know what am I doing.'
