Gabriel woke up wrapped in his best friend's arms, he could feel Sam's warm breath on the back of his neck. He felt happy at this moment. He told Sam about his rough past, came out, and he is currently in the arms of the person he cares about most. A weight has been lifted off his shoulders. He remained in that position until Sam groggily woke up, "Good morning, Sammy," Gabriel mused.
"Good morning, Gabey. Are you feeling better?"
Taken aback, Gabriel responded, "Woah, what's with the nickname? And yes I am feeling better actually and it's thanks to you."
Sam blushed, "I'm glad. If you're allowed to call me Sammy, shouldn't I have a nickname for you?"
"I guess. What are the-?" Gabriel couldn't finish his sentence. His bedroom door flew wide open before he could.
"Rise and shine! Dean made bacon so get your asses up!" Luci shouted, freezing after realizing that Sam was wrapped around Gabe. "um.. Take your time.." Luci started singing and ran off, thankful to get away. Sam and Gabe just laughed at how awkward they made Lucifer feel. The two boys proceeded to get out of bed, feeling incomplete at the loss of the touch of the other.
Arriving in the kitchen, Luci quickly said, "So the weather today. Crazy, right?" Sam and Gabe knew he was talking about them, the uneasiness rising in his Gabe's stomach. Sam shot them death stares, causing normal conservation to form. Gabriel directed his eyes at the table to see a large bowl of bacon. Only bacon.
"Where's the rest of breakfast?" Gabe asked, pointing at the bowl.
"I said Dean made bacon. Not anything else," Luci replied, "really what did you expect? It's Dean."
"Hey, rude!" Dean called out, mouth full of bacon." Cas gave him a look and shook his head.
