His expression became puzzled, there was a silence in the room and she was lost for words. He quickly took a step back not wanting to get in her personal space.. Finally she said something.
“I don’t.. he held his index finger in the air to hold that thought her as he attended his ringing phone.
“yes I’m on my way leaving now..” he waved to her and patted Siya’s head then he walked away whilst on his phone making his direction towards the front door, Naira was baffled… she heard the front door slam.

“Well I’m very impressed Kartik” Mr Khanna smiled and got up, all other 5 men on the big table got confused.. Mr Khanna had a sarcastic personality that one didn’t know when he was being serious.. But once he signed the contract everyone sighed in relieve and all the members of eight..Six men and two women got up as the meeting was coming to an end.
“Well done Kartik we are really pleased to do business with you”
“thanks Mr Khanna” both men shook hands and had a little chit chat and then he along with 3 men left the room with a smile on their faces.

“I know man I’m relieved.. he ran his fingers through his hair. “if I didn’t come today then I would’ve lost out to Gayatri textiles” the thought made him shudder.
“but you did it buddy” Kaushan patted his shoulder.
“I know” he smiled at his best friend and business partner.
“now let’s go celebrate this new contract more money will be coming”
“Let’s go” said Kartik. As he went to exit the room his secretary came in.
“Hey congrats Kartik”
“thanks Rita” she smiled at him kind of blocking his way.
“something you want?” he asked in a polite manner, he was nice to all his staff members and everyone was sort of in awe of him.
